Best Buy, as a company, needs to take customer experience more seriously instead of taking customers for granted. Providing employees with tablets could have helped complete at least 90% of the tasks for customers waiting in line and significantly reduced delays.

On top of this he had all the time in the world for us and our questions. We both got numbers from there that day and are happy with what we got. More importantly, very happy with the service provided by Sagar. Honestly, an asset.
