He took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the best possible solutions—not only for our home internet but also for our son’s new phone and a very convenient data plan for our entire family group. We left the store extremely satisfied and grateful for Eno’s outstanding service. His dedication and professionalism went far beyond our expectations. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for over 8 years, regularly using your stores for my personal and business needs. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor customer service from someone representing your brand. I strongly believe Nouf should be written up for her behavior — there are many hardworking people who would value this position and treat customers with respect. I will be escalating this matter to Best Buy headquarters to ensure it’s properly addressed.
