  I ported 2 numbers with the $35/mth for 100GB USA/CA deal Best Buy was offering. The staff were all very friendly, but the salesperson who assisted seem new and undertrained. She had so many problems with the transfer and constantly asked for help. In the end, I got 2 new temporary number but neither of my old numbers got ported. I spent the entire day after calling my old and new cell companies to find the issue and how to resolve it. It turned out that the wrong IMEI number was inputted for one and then the wrong account number for the other. Sigh... I have nothing against new employees being inexperienced, but please have a senor staff overlooking their work to make sure mistakes like this doesn't happen. What was suppose to be an easy in and out turned out to be a full day of work. 2 Stars because friendliness.

  Visited Best Buy Express at Square One on Boxing Day mainly to check out electronics deals. Ended up coming across an exceptional phone plan offer to switch to Bell — $35 for 100GB with unlimited Canada/US calling. Half of our group, including me, switched over because the deal was too good to pass up. We were told there would be no activation charges, so I’ll be able to fully confirm that once the first bill arrives. That said, the staff were extremely helpful and patient, especially considering how crowded the store was that day. They guided us through the entire process smoothly. Kudos to the team for handling the rush so well.

  I visited Best Buy Express recently, and the customer service was amazing. Eno helped me while I was looking for a new phone service, and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything clearly, helped lower my bill, and even provided me with a Best Buy gift card. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated Eno’s support and professionalism.   I can’t recommend this place enough, specifically because of Eno. If you’re looking for a new phone plan, don't go anywhere else—the best advice always comes from him. Eno takes the time to actually listen to what you need and digs deep to find the best possible deal available. He made the entire process of switching plans seamless and stress-free. He clearly knows the industry inside and out and won't stop until he finds you the most value for your money. Ask for Eno if you want someone who actually cares about your budget!
