    VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISHONEST!!!! Before I made my purchase in the store today, I said to Eno that ""if I wasnt going to be given a Bag, then I will come back in 30 minutes before I leave the mall to make my purchase so I dont have to carry my product around"", his response was ""yes sure I will give you a bag"". NEVER was I told I would be PAYING for the bag!!! My question was Definitely in regards to a FREE BAG!! So not until I reached home and looked at my receipt do I see the 30 CENTS I was charged for the bag which I would have NOT purchased and came back in 30 minutes before leaving the mall to purchase my product!! I find this to be VERY DISHONEST and you know darn well that customers dont want to PAY for bags so why would you Not Be Honest and Tell Me I was being charged for the bag?!?!?!?!? I purchased a product from your store that was 3X more expensive than Amazon but bcuz I dont want to support Amazon and I want to support physical stores, I purchased a product from you that I could have gotten for 3X less, so its pretty crazy that you felt the need to charge me 30 CENTS for a darn bag!!!

    I had very bad experience with them.I placed an order from this stor on January 17,2026.Their customer service representative made an error in address.They forgot to add store name in delivery address.I contacted best buy customer service more than 10 times and even their delivery partner but no one resolved the issue. They told me to visit the store from where i made this purchase.I went there yesterday but their representative were not able to help me.They told me to go to best buy mobile or come back when the manager is here or go to another store because they are not able to help me.They made an error and now they are not willing to help.I have receipt from this store and today is January 28,2026 still my package is stuck somewhere because of them.I paid full price for my electronic product and i am not sure whether they are going to deliver it or not.I ordered this product twice and they lost my first package which was an online order I think they are not willing to deliver it again or probably they lost it again.Not going to visit or order anything from best buy.Really disappointing experience.They need to improve their customer service.
