  I would like to recognize Iqra from the store, who assisted me with purchasing a new phone and setting up my phone plan. She went above and beyond to fully understand, patiently explained all available options, and worked diligently to secure the best possible deal for me. What stood out most was their transparency, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to ensuring I was getting maximum value—not just completing a sale. Iqra and her team (Manager Sahan) made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and highly professional. This level of customer service reflects extremely well on Best Buy, and I recommend the associate and store.

  My experience at Best Buy with an employee named Yusuf was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At the time of purchase, Yusuf clearly assured us that covers would be provided. This promise influenced our decision to complete the purchase. However, when we returned to collect them, he completely denied ever making that commitment. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable from a customer-facing employee. It shows a lack of accountability, honesty, and basic customer service ethics. Not only did this waste our time, but it also created unnecessary frustration and mistrust. When a customer relies on the information given by an employee, they deserve consistency—not false promises and denial afterward. If Best Buy wants to maintain its reputation, situations like this need to be addressed. Overall, this was by far one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how we were treated.

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Best Buy with an employee named Yusuf. At the time of purchase, he clearly promised that covers would be included. Based on his assurance, I went ahead with the transaction. Later, when I asked for the covers, he completely denied ever saying it. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. I trusted the information he provided, and instead ended up wasting my time and leaving frustrated. If an employee cannot stand by their own words, it seriously affects the credibility of the store. I expected honesty and clarity, but this experience was the opposite. Very disappointed with the service I received.
