And after a week trying (went to store, many phone calls), can't even get a service call out setup. In fact, Best Buy Service Centre just gave me a number to call and the person at Whirlpool refused to set up an appointment (rightly) because Best Buy needs to set appt because it's their Care Plan I'm under. What a mess. And every time I call Best Buy Services they claim they were 'just about' to reach out about the next step. I've contacted store direct and hope to get a call back. In my opinion, don't buy service protection. I could have got an appliance expert out a week ago for less than $200. And to be clear, this not the fault of the fabulous Team at the store. I have bought a LOT of products from Best Buy Argentia Rd Store, and find the staff to be more than helpful, always.

The workers walked up to the lady and almost immediately helped her leaving me there still browsing. After helping the lady they walked out of the section(Edgar). If you’re young and black they will treat you as if you’re just there to browse, just an fyi so you don’t feel the same frustration i felt.
