    Returning of Laptop was a nightmare. Barely used laptop, I have to reset laptop who h does not had any data @ return counter. Suppose to be quick to return laptop and move on with life... What a waste of time. Even customer service requires some training, how to handle customers. Very ignorant customer service. Be careful if you have to return any item.

    "If you're expecting hospitality or to be treated with respect this is not your place". It's by far the worst bestbuy I have ever visited. I visited this store on Friday 14th, between 4.40pm and 5.10pm. We were asked to wait at one of the mobile desks when we entered and since then we were totally ignored. I saw employees walking around us, placing their coffee mugs on the desks we were seated in but didn't have the courtesy to say hi/hello or if we need help. It's not like the store is super busy it's dead compared to a black Friday, at some point 3 employees helping at one desk, or chatting themselves. They are prioritizing to help a specific set of people/community even though we have been waiting for 25 min. Worst employee management. If you think I'm exaggerating please watch your recordings between the time I mentioned. Customer service used to mean something in this country but they redefined it to trash. I even told this to the manager/supervisor while walking out but she didn't even feel sorry. I don't wanna be harsh but we learn from feedback but when I saw your reviews I realized this is not the first time so no point in giving a feedback. It's solely for the customers.

    I visited the store today and met Mr. Shahzeb Saeed. He guided me very well and responded to all my queries. I found him quite knowledgeable and he provided excellent customer service. In my view such staff members are an asset for the company. Please pass on my appreciation to Shahzeb for an excellent customer service and providing all information patiently.

    I am very disappointed with Best Buy. I had taken a laptop plan, and instead of ending on the correct date, they charged me for an extra 5 months. This is completely unfair. I trusted Best Buy, but this experience has been very frustrating.Even after paying the full amount on time, they still deducted extra money from my account. I didn’t receive any proper explanation and the customer service was not helpful at all. This has caused me stress and financial inconvenience. I expected better service from such a big company. Very disappointed and will think twice before buying from Best Buy again.

    What can I say very positive experience very fast customer service. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Right in a Hartland Town Canter. Very fast and friendly customer service. SHAH was very helpful with our purchase and guys working in a Geek Squad were very helpful as well. Layout of a store is very clean and it's all organized very neatly. Will come back for sure
