    My husband and I visited the store on a very busy Black Friday evening around 8:40 pm, just 20 minutes before closing, to switch cell phone plan from Fido to Rogers. Aman was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Even after a long day, he patiently explained everything in detail and made sure we fully understood our options. Thank you so much, Aman, for your friendly attitude and professional, accommodating service. The entire experience was clear and very pleasant. He is truly one of the best sales associates we have ever dealt with.

    Best buy….home of absolutely atrocious customer service. This review is about their CS department I’ve been dealing with an issue I had just before Christmas and after numerous calls to customer service i got ahold of ASHTON who said he was going to help, seemed sympathetic and made some effort to help rectify the situation. At the end of the call Ashton said that I can reach him anytime but that he would reach out to me ASAP in regard to a reaolution. Fast forward a week. I’ve called numerous times and asked to speak to him. Every customer service rep says they have no way of getting a hold of him, they’ll send him DMs, emails and still nothing. The amount of stonewalling I’ve received from Best Buy customer service has been disgusting. No one really wants to help, no one steps up or goes above and beyond their script, and some have been downright condescending (when Best Buy reads this check your CS phone calls Dec 29 @ 10:44 and the call back that followed) Now I know Best Buys internet people will read this and reply some heartfelt “we really care, please reach out to us” response. It means NOTHING till you do something about it. So the information is as follows REFERENCE # 26598817 The information is on file My number is on file I’m done calling your horrible customer service department. YOU call ME

    I am not satisfied with the way the product information is presented. I initially purchased the regular AirPods 4 for a friend. Later, when I saw the Noise Cancellation version described as “+ USB-C CHAR,” I understood it as meaning that something additional (such as a USB-C charging cable) was included with this version. Because of this, I decided to purchase the second one as well. After the purchase, I realized that no cable is included and that the wording only refers to the charging port type. While I understand that Apple does not include the cable, the way this is written is confusing and led to a misunderstanding. I strongly suggest clarifying the description so customers can clearly understand what is included and what is not before making a purchase.

    I want to acknowledge two store associates, both at Customer Service, who were really helpful during a very busy Black Friday week: Sandy & Zaheera. SANDY: The product I’d returned and wanted to replace was sold out everywhere. So, Sandy made a note about the price on the return receipt to ensure we’d get it at the same discounted price when it was back in stock. Over the next few weeks, she continued to check on stock levels and called us twice to keep us informed. She did all this of her own accord. Now this is great customer service. Thank you, Sandy. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness! ZAHEERA: I think Zaheera is the Team Lead. She helped us place the original online order. It was a very hectic afternoon and she was called in a few times to help other associates with demanding and frustrated customers. We were very impressed with how deftly she defused those situations, employing a calm and professional manner to resolve those customers’ concerns with efficiency and consideration.

    The item I needed was shown as available only at this specific store in the Best Buy app. Based on this information, I traveled over an hour to reach the location. After arriving, I searched the entire display area myself but could not find the product. I approached an employee for assistance. He searched the same display area I had already checked and then told me the item was not available. When I asked him to verify the store inventory, he stated that all available products would be on display and that if it wasn’t there, the store did not have it. I explained that the Best Buy app clearly showed the item as available at this location and had been showing availability for several days, including allowing online purchase for in-store pickup. He responded by saying the inventory might not be updated. When I asked how an online pickup order would be fulfilled if the item wasn’t actually in stock, he had no answer. Only after I insisted multiple times did he finally go and properly check the inventory, at which point he confirmed that the item was indeed available. During billing, he completed the transaction without asking if I needed any additional help, accessories, or coverage. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, as if there was little interest in assisting the customer or making the sale. Given the long travel time and the unnecessary back-and-forth caused by inaccurate information and lack of effort, this was a very disappointing experience. I expect better customer service—especially when store availability is the only reason for visiting a specific location.
