    I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Sohini, the Meta representative. She took her time to walk me through all the features of the product and gave me a very thorough explanation, making sure I understood everything about the AI Glasses. I really appreciated her patience, knowledge, and attention to detail. Excellent customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you, Sohini, for such a positive experience!

    Bunch of lazy employees over there. Purchased a watch online. I came in to return it for a different color. I came in to get a refund and exchange. Light skin short Indian women tells me to get the product and then they will process it. Does she not realize the watch I want is in a sealed casing. How long have these people been working here for ? Pathetic if you ask me. I spoke to an agent online and he said we can honored the sale price of the watch and exchanging it for the color shouldn't be an issue. I even took a screenshot in case there's an issue returning in store. This employee has to keep asking her colleague beside her if we can do the exchange. Her colleague kept saying it's online and that I have to pay the difference. I had to ask a manager and the manager said it wasn't an issue at all. Best Buy needs to train these people. They have no knowledge how the return and exchanges policies work. Very disappointing.

    Absolutely horrible experience. This place feels like a complete scam. I bought a laptop here and ended up spending more on repairs than the laptop itself cost. They charged me $250 for no valid reason, and their employees failed to explain their policies upfront. When I tried to dispute the charge, the staff were rude, raised their voices at me, and blamed everything on me instead of taking responsibility. It was humiliating and stressful and I almost cried walking out. I strongly recommend buying your electronics anywhere else. Do not come to this store.
