  I contacted customer service to ‏replaced my phone due to a problem and made an appointment at this store. Upon arrival, they said they don't support in-store phone exchanges, even though the employee on the phone assured me I could exchange my phone at the store and didn't need to wait for a new phone to be sent home and put a large sum of money on hold. When I arrived, the employee said the service wasn't available and that the phone operator had made a mistake, and that this option is only available in America. What I don't understand is how a large store like this can do this and make customers come from far away for nothing. I'm very upset.

  I rushed to the Apple Store at 8:50 PM to buy three iPhones as holiday gifts for my family before traveling. The store was completely empty and there were at least 15 employees standing around, yet no one bothered to assist me. Instead, they told me they “can’t help because it’s closing time” and that their systems were already shut down — which honestly felt like a complete excuse. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at an Apple Store. I walked in ready to spend a significant amount, and I walked out with nothing, all because even the store manager couldn’t be bothered for a simple purchase. This totally ruined my plan to take gifts for my family on holiday. Truly unacceptable and very disappointing.

  Dismissive and Dishonest Staff My 1-year iPhone 16 Pro overheats when locked and idle, draining battery rapidly. Staff gave contradictory excuses: first the “titanium frame has better heat conductivity so it feels warmer,” then the “more powerful chip generates more heat,” and finally “all iPhones from the 12 onwards just self-heat.” Their logic makes no sense. If titanium conducts heat better, the phone should cool down faster, not stay hot. Their ignorant attitude and refusal to acknowledge a real issue is disappointing. Normal iPhone shouldn’t overheat when it’s idle. Zero diagnostic effort except looking at some pointless metrics, just lazy lies. Extremely disappointed. Go elsewhere for actual technical support.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Mississauga. The employee named Kal was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t seem interested in helping and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Someone representing Apple should know how to treat customers with respect — definitely not the experience I expected from such a well-known brand.
