Have to add to the what seems like a common theme here.. the customer service... Well..at least, the one we received last Friday. It was a shame really.. the initial guy (who was nice) helping us out had to leave and we were tended to by another gentleman.. whose name I won't mention. He did not seem interested in helping us at all..or maybe it was a bad day.. or maybe he already thought we weren't going to make any purchases. Any questions I asked, received a very lacklustre response, followed by a "you dumb?" look. I get it..working in retail and hospitality sucks..People suck..I get it.. but I'm a Samsung girl, talk to me like I'm a child, not an idiot. I don't know iphone. He would just tell us to refer to the tablets. I could have shopped at home. The whole point of visiting the store was to get assistance and more info. Anyway, I digress. If you can, go to another store, or another individual who is more keen to help.

Awful awful customer service. Honestly, do not purchase Apple products. Their products are causing bodily harm and there is no support from Apple to take ownership. This will be a safety risk in the future, their new models of watches are not made with safe materials and are burning people. We will be escalating this and hoping to save others from injury. Absolutely, horrifying

Horrible customer care! My elderly parents called to come in to fix my mom's phone as it stopped working/ charging completely and was still under warranty. They were told to come for 11:30am, and when they arrived, they were told they were busy and had to do other things, and to come back at 3pm. My parents are kind people so they complied and came back at 3pm. Then they were told they were still taking care of other things, and to come back at 6pm. When they finally took care of them and said they had to change the logic board, as my mom was trying to log into her account, instead of helping her, they told her they were going to take their break, and will get back to her. In the midst of this, they did not inform her that a factory reset would delete everything. All her photos and content from our recent family vacation (the first we took together in 11 years) were gone. This was completely unprofessional, unkind, and unacceptable. And this is all after we finally convinced her to switch to Apple for better care and quality in service. Based on my experience, this is definitely outside of par for Apple.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Apple Store in Square One, and it was all thanks to Malik. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. He helped us right away without making us feel rushed, really listened to what we needed, and went above and beyond to find the best solutions.
What really stood out was how knowledgeable and patient he was. If one option didn’t fit perfectly, he immediately suggested great alternatives and explained everything clearly so we could make the best decision. He made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable.
Customer service like this is rare. Malik truly made our visit memorable, and I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re at the Apple Square One, definitely ask for Malik — you’ll be in great hands!

A day before I visited apple store at square one to see technician for airpods, unfortunately they don't have walkin, time slots was full so gave me appointment for next day. I visited next day and wait for my turn. Even after wait for half hour, no one assisting my concern and I was waiting even i was there at time of my appointment. Again I wait for half hoir almost and technician came and said we don't check airpods and you have to buy new earbuds. I asked technician, if its policy, apple doesn't check airpods so why yesterday agent gave me appointment as I explained why I am here. So continues 2 days, each day 2 hours wasted and no one wants to listen my concern. I am apple customer from last 15 years, I will never go for apple again. Sorry to say but I felt, in store apple agents more focusing on sale for new products but no service provide for repairs. I am embarrassed that I have apple products because of worst customer service.
