Visited the Apple Store last night and unlocked a new level of “VIP torture.”
White male employee said: cracked case? No replacement! Manager said yes? Didn’t matter—cue slow-motion waiting mode. An hour later, still nothing.
Five minutes before closing, a female colleague finally “unlocked the final stage” and let me replace it myself.
Arrogance, delays, rudeness, total disregard for customers—full elite package. Apple, if 0 stars existed, I’d give them without hesitation.
💡 Pro tip: bring snacks, water, and a meditation cushion next time—you’ll need them for the “slow-motion patience training.

Today we got a disrespectful and disappointed experience in Apple Store. An employee told me to wait 30 minutes to have a person that can take care of financing plan. We have been waiting for 45 minutes and that girl told us that they had no one to help us and asked us to come in the next day. It was understandable but that employee attitude was unacceptable. She insisted that she said “maybe” but what we heard before was “wait” with a promise that they would help us. She didn’t even apologize!!! I shopped in Apple Store before and never experienced anything like that. What a disaster experience

To Whom may this is concerned on Dec 28 I as this location at Square one I came in to get 2 iPhones 17 Pro and 17 Pro max. As I came in I as approached right away if I needed anything. Amazing. As I explained this representative what I looking for I was told to go the corner and apply for financing with Affirm by yourself, she as so rude she didn’t even knowledge me as person she didn’t even asked me if I had access to apply or phone or Wifi to do so. To this representative I am extremely sorry if you were having a bad day I do understand and retail it’s no easy job. But kindness and respect goes both aways. The away you treatment me as extremely disrespectful and condescending. To your management you have amazing store beautiful but does that real matters if your people don’t care about it. Your staff is so lucky right now just because of your brand alone sales. The only thing is that you have to realize is that as businesses you have to grow and there is so much potential with financial Affirm people can finance there phones accessories maybe watch maybe headphones maybe tablets all that is amazing for the company and sales representative but she failed me and company buy asking me to go the corner like I as Child or Dog. This behaviour taking to people is extremely harmful and disrespectful. I love Apple amazing products and company but first time you did let me down and that made extremely sad. I am so sorry to give one star today’s at this store I hope maybe I can return and have someone with smile and kindness help me. May God keep blessing you.

I had a very disappointing experience with Navjot, an Apple Store employee, during a routine online order pickup.
From the start, his tone was condescending and dismissive, completely lacking the basic elements of customer care. This was a straightforward pickup, no issue, no confusion, yet I was spoken to in a way that felt unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.
Customer service, especially at Apple, should be grounded in respect, patience, and professionalism. Unfortunately, none of those were present in this interaction. Instead of feeling welcomed or valued as a customer, the interaction left me frustrated and uncomfortable.
This experience completely ruined my excitement about trying the product, and I left feeling unsatisfied with the service provided. Navjot needs to be reminded of Apple’s customer service standards and taught to engage with customers in a thoughtful, polite, and respectful manner.
Overall, this was a poor experience and not what I expect from an Apple Store.

The Apple Store at Square One is always busy, but the experience is usually worth it. Every time I’ve been here, the staff have been patient, knowledgeable and willing to actually listen instead of rushing you through a scripted pitch. Even when the store is packed, someone usually checks in quickly and helps guide you to the right place. The layout is clean, modern and easy to navigate, which helps a lot when there are crowds.
What stands out most is how clearly the staff explain things. Whether it’s a device issue, an upgrade, or just general questions, they take the time to walk you through your options in a way that makes sense. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn’t need. Appointments were handled smoothly, and the overall process felt organized despite the volume of customers.
It’s not a quiet shopping experience, but it’s efficient and professional. For a high traffic location, the Apple Store at Square One does a great job maintaining quality service. It’s a reliable place to go if you need real help or support.
