    Wanted to share a great service experience I had today with Austin ( service manager - geek squad ) Went in today to purchase PS5 for the family. He was very honest and forth coming with information, guided us in the right direction for our needs. I believe he was acting manager on the floor manager, although they seemed short staffed, and many employees were asking for his assistance, advice, he never lost his cool, all customers were taken care of with efficiency and courtesy. He did a great job despite the circumstances. My advice is to the company, although his service was amazing and staff were extremely courteous, give your teams budgets that are obtainable. To have your service needs stretched as thin as they were today will only cause you to lose not only valuable customers but also dedicated staff. Manage from the floor, not from an office window

    A while ago I gave this store a 5 star review . Today I deleted it because of what happened. I had bought a hard case for my iPad it was the wrong one so I went to return . First the girl at the counter didn’t even look at my receipt and immediately told me it was past 30 days . I bought it on sat jan 24 - literally two days ago . I told her it was not past thirty days and she said just assumed it was a holiday return . That was the first annoyance . The second was that I had paid cash for the case. The girl the told me she could not give me cash. I was suprised to hear this. She offered other ways to get the money back. I did not bring my cards as I was expecting my cash back. After going back and forth about giving me my money back in cash the girl disappeared . Another person at the counter came up to me and I told her I was not happy. I told her the same thing . She also told me she couldn’t give me my cash back. This was beyond frustrating. It is not my problem they didnt have the cash in the till. I paid CASH and I am entitled to my full cash return . I was offered to put it on a gift card - absolutely not since I will not be going to this store ever again. After fighting with 2 different staff members all of a sudden cash became available and they gave me my cash back . Why was this so difficult if they had the cash the whole time . I am beyond unimpressed and frustrated at this interaction. Will never return to this store .

    Big shop area but hardly any items are in stock even though they spent enough on display which doesn't make sense. Shelves are empty and nobody is there to help. The staff are either at the counter or selling network connections. I wouldn't choose this location unless it's for pickup for your online orders.
