    The workers are extremely nice, but when I had questions, they answered with multiple lies. It was honestly embarrassing, finding out over 3 key details on a product were completely falsified… Even though they stated that a friend of theirs had the product and so they were knowledgeable. It would’ve been better for them to just say “I don’t know”. I’m not sure if management gives them a hard time about not seeming like they know everything about every product, but they have a lot of products and that’s unreasonable. I’m not sure why they feel inclined to lie. I returned the product and had to pay a reshelving fee because it was open box or because they had to re-shelf it?…

    I recently placed an order online and went to the store to pick it up. Despite having both my order number and confirmation email, I was met with irrelevant questioning that served no purpose other than wasting my time. What was even more unacceptable was the conduct of one of your customer representatives, whose rude and unprofessional behavior was completely out of line. Your online ordering and in-store pickup process is poorly designed, confusing, and unnecessarily restrictive. Requiring two pieces of ID even after presenting a valid confirmation is unreasonable, and refusing to release an order to a designated person (such as a partner) is nothing short of absurd. These policies are not customer-friendly — they feel more like deliberate obstacles. What makes this worse is that none of these issues exist with direct in-store purchases, which makes your online system look not only inefficient but also poorly managed. The inconsistency and lack of clarity between the two processes is unacceptable. If this is how your company intends to treat paying customers, you will continue to lose business. I expect this matter to be addressed seriously, and your policies clarified and corrected immediately.
