    I had a great experience at Best Buy. After purchasing a Samsung TV during the VIP sale, I realized later in the evening that I could get additional credits by applying for and purchasing through their credit card. I went back to the store to find Bacet, who originally helped me with the TV. He was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to adjust my transaction. He worked with managers and made several calls to ensure I received all the discounts and credits I was eligible for. Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service — I really appreciate the effort and care!

    A terrible shopping experience this week on Monday. Was looking for new PC accessories and a sales associate told me that I should register for their VIP sale taking place on Wednesday and I would need to register for a certain time, 6pm. Today went back, asked about the vip sale and a different associate was helping me. When I asked about what was the vip sale on the product that I wanted, the sales associate essentially said, the vip registration was really just to draw people, the sales are the prices that listed on the floor and there's no sale on regular price item. So I ended up wasting my time on Monday and Wednesday on what was using a strategy on baiting people to come in when I could've just purchased my item on my initial visit. Needless to say I was aggravated enough that I won't be buying from Bestbuy. It goes to show how irrelevant this retailer has become in today's competitive shopping environment.

    I recently visited this store to complete a trade-in for my iPhone. Upon arriving at the Cell Phone department, a Blue Shirt associate (I know the associates name) inspected my device for physical damage and confirmed it was in "Good" condition. He entered the necessary information into the system, and the evaluated trade-in value matched what I had calculated on the Best Buy website. At that point, we were both in agreement regarding the condition and value of the device. He then instructed me to erase my phone to proceed with the trade-in. However, after I erased the device, a female associate intervened and asked about the battery health. Once I provided the information, the condition of my device was unexpectedly downgraded from “Good” to “Fair,” reducing the trade-in value by double. I declined the trade-in, as the initial associate failed to verify all relevant details before having me erase my phone, resulting in unnecessary time and effort spent resetting and reinstalling all of my apps. This experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a significant waste of time. Due to the lack of thoroughness and professionalism shown during this process, I do not plan to visit or make purchases at this location in the future. I am sharing this review to advise other consumers to exercise caution when considering a trade-in at this store, and I strongly recommend exploring alternative sites for such services.

    Overall, a fantastic experience with this Best Buy location! Any inquiries about a TV, please ask for Omar and I promise you, you're in great hands with him My experience with Omar was the best! I had a few questions about the Samsung TV I was interested in and he was able to answer all my questions and made the overall process seamless Thank you Omar for providing a great and friendly experience for me 🙂 fantastic customer service 100/10 as you went above and beyond! Thank you again!

    Very disappointed in the customer service from the minute I walked in until I checked out. I asked the person at the front where your Apple Watch chargers. The guy told me I don’t think we have any if it would be it would be in MOBILE I said are you serious? He’s like you know what let me ask. He walkie talkied someone on the walkie-talkie one of the employees walks by he says oh it’s at customer service. I’m like why would it be at customer service anyways I walked to customer service. I asked customer service. Where is your Apple Watch charger as someone directed me here they told me no it’s in the laptop section with the tablets. I said well you better tell your employees where the stuff are went on a goose chase looking for an Apple Watch charger then I see one of your deals to get a portable charger and I asked the cashier are the cords included in the portable charger. The guy says yes I didn’t fjnd it too convincing so I opened up the package. I’m like I don’t see any chargers. He didn’t know 0 clue as to what’s going on with the cords and he’s like oh it’s just a charger after checking his phone… what happened to the customer service industry??
