Disappointing visit. Denied the purchase on the address issue on which they sold me one last year but know it’s an issue and once the issue got rectified. They told we can’t it’s only 20 minutes left in closing. Might as well put a sign outside saying “we can’t sell you an iPhone because we don’t have enough time”. Plus I am have been in store for more than 30 minutes waiting to be addressed by their staff. Who seems to be jumping in between customers. Never want to buy an apple product there.

This was such a bad experience. Ordered the new iphone 17 pro max online, was supposed to be a simple pick up and done. The asian lady that was serving for the online pick up orders was horribly rude pretty much to everybody! No smile and was giving attitude. I asked politely for her first name to leave feedback and she said names can’t be given out. What is Apple doing with this store’s customer service?

I came into the Apple Store on October 30 to get my Belkin screen protector replaced under warranty. I had it applied about three months ago at this same store when I bought my iPhone, and a large air bubble appeared recently. When I arrived, I was directed to a lady who was helping another customer with a screen protector. I watched her struggle with the machine for nearly 30 minutes and even open a new pack after making a mistake. It really shouldn’t take that long for an Apple employee to apply a screen protector, especially when we pay much more here than at places like Pacific Mall for it to be done professionally. Once she finished, I told her that I had my warranty packaging from Belkin and my receipt with me, and she said she would come back to help me. But she went to the back of the store and never returned. After waiting about 15 minutes, I asked another staff member for help, and they redirected me to someone else. That worker told me I needed to process the warranty online and have Belkin ship me a replacement before coming in. I explained that I had taken the bus a long way to come to this location, the closest one near me, and that the first lady never came back to help. She suggested I ask the manager if they could make an exception and do it in-store, but he rudely refused and clearly didn’t care. Thankfully, one last staff member tried to speak to the managers on my behalf and apologized for everything. She was the only one who showed any kindness. Overall, I wasted nearly an hour waiting for nothing, which was very frustrating. The communication and attitude from most of the staff were disappointing. Even when I first bought my iPhone here months ago, the employee helping me was unfriendly and dismissive. It seems like this store consistently lacks professionalism and care for customers

Around 6:30 p.m. today, I visited the store to purchase a blue iPhone 17 Air and encountered an Asian female sales associate with long hair, wearing a green top and black pants. Her attitude was extremely poor throughout the interaction—she spoke to me in a very arrogant tone, questioned me condescendingly, and treated me as if I were a fool. In the end, I didn’t even receive a bag. I have no idea what her name is, as I wasn’t given any receipt. Her behavior made me feel insulted, and I believe she discriminated against me because I am Asian. Throughout the entire interaction, I spoke to her in a very soft tone, without any expression of dissatisfaction or impoliteness. I am not an intimidating-looking person either. I believe employees like her should receive proper training on how to treat customers normally and with basic respect.

If you’re ever having issues with your phone do not come to this location. The staff is very dismissive and the manger will not do anything to help. I came in September 12th as I recently bought an iPhone 16pro in August. I explained time and time again that the battery drains quickly and I mentioned that I have to charge my phone more than twice a day. Amanda, the manager at the time refused to exchange my phone and said there was nothing she can do (she lied) The technician who was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with did a reset on my phone. However, shortly after I noticed that the battery was no better. I came back and spoke with Viv or Vivian. She was rude and condescending with her tone and kept giving textbook answers to my issue even though I’m explaining that there’s something wrong with my battery. A slim male colleague of hers also chimed in to say that there were no issues with my battery. Long story short, I escalated the situation further with Apple and when someone observed my battery on a call, my battery dropped 4% in a 5 min call. Now I have an iPhone 17pro and the battery works perfectly. If you’re ever having issues just call Apple or go to the Fairview location as the staff there actually care about giving good customer service. Happy I was able to exchange my phone in the end.
