I came here to repair my Apple Watch. Unfortunately, the technician who assisted us was extremely rude and condescending.
Her tone felt more like a supervisor scolding subordinates rather than a technician helping customers.
The experience made us very uncomfortable, and it was not the level of service I would expect.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

No one helped us. One man said he would help us after helping out a couple because they asked first and told us to look through the models to find out which one we wanted and we said we knew what we wanted but we could wait and he could just come to us after he was done with them. It was understandable so we waited even though we already knew what we wanted. He didn’t honour the same promise to us though. He finished helping them in a different area so we didn’t find him at first and then started helping someone else. My boyfriend tried to find someone else but no one would help us. There were a few free staff we asked but they said they’d find someone else to help us. I get it because maybe they didn’t specialize in the product we wanted so they thought they couldn’t answer our questions, but we already knew what we wanted and just wanted to cash out. We waited over half an hour before we asked for someone new to help us trying to be as patient as we could. you’d think that paying the premium price would go towards having enough staff to help out loyal customers. it was really frustrating because people that walked into the store after us were helped out before us. and the same staff that said they would send staff over to us were able to successfully send staff over to the customers that walked in more recently. It has currently been an hour of waiting and I will update if someone ends up helping us. My boyfriend has work at 4pm so we thought coming here around 12:30-1pm would be a sufficient amount of time to buy a product but it is currently 2:05pm and still no one has helped us, but still, customers that have walked in more recently are being helped. I get that things work a certain way but it is just so disorganized.

I only made this 5 stars review because of the staff TONY who helped us. She’s very knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. There’s another person who assisted us and gave us wrong instructions on the payment, then Tony came to the rescue asked us if we need help.it’s like minutes and we’re done.

, everything was good and great at first when I went there I had trouble with my iPhone which it could not even shut down it would not restart it was giving me a lot of issues Within two seconds the issue was fixed then person came and give me the exact figures about the iPhone and everything like every staff that is working there they deserve a real bonus for their salaries they are really good

Apple Store Serious Reminder & Concern Regarding Customer Boundaries - Markville Mall - Code of Conduct
Dear Apple HR and Team,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to share a concern as a customer, and I want to express it in the spirit of respect and maintaining the high standards Apple is known for. This includes comments involving a staff member or more, which added to my discomfort during my visit on December 7, 2025, at the Markville Mall location. Staff is Dave.
I am concerned that some staff members have been discussing my personal matters. This is not acceptable and does not align with Apple’s Code of Conduct. I respectfully request that this behaviour stop immediately and that my privacy be fully respected.
During a recent visit, I encountered a situation where staff members discussed personal issues about me that were not appropriate, not relevant, and not based on anything I shared with them. When I came in with a simple smile to greet the team, I was met with comments that crossed personal boundaries and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but speaking about a customer’s personal matters—especially when the information is unrelated, private, or incorrect—goes against Apple’s Code of Conduct and the level of professionalism customers expect. These types of comments can negatively affect a customer’s experience and trust.
I also want to clarify that I purchased my phone elsewhere as different staff in the store as per staff couldn't help, so any assumptions or personal conversations about that should not have been brought up by staff.
I’m sharing this not to place blame, but because I truly value Apple’s commitment to respect, privacy, and exceptional service. I hope this can serve as a friendly reminder to ensure that all staff maintain appropriate boundaries and avoid personal discussions about customers.
You all Staff should be ashamed of yourself exploist personal issues to everyone.
