  Awful awful customer service. Honestly, do not purchase Apple products. Their products are causing bodily harm and there is no support from Apple to take ownership. This will be a safety risk in the future, their new models of watches are not made with safe materials and are burning people. We will be escalating this and hoping to save others from injury.   I recently had my iPhone battery serviced at this Apple Store, and while the battery replacement itself was completed, I was handed my phone back with the bottom screws that secure the screen completely missing. This is not a minor cosmetic issue. Their absence immediately raises concerns about the care taken during reassembly and the overall integrity of workmanship. If something as visible and fundamental as screws can be overlooked, it naturally makes me question the quality of the internal work that I cannot see. When paying for authorized service, especially from Apple, I expect attention to detail, proper reassembly, and confidence that my device is returned in the same or better condition than it was received. Unfortunately, this experience diminished my trust in the service provided from this stores Genius Bar and fell well short of the standards I associate with Apple.

  Consistently pathetic service. This was not just one bad day. I have been here many times and every single experience is worse than the last. This store is a complete disaster. The Genius Bar is a total scam. They quote you a time and then take five times longer than promised. It is infuriating to see a store with more staff than customers while you are being completely neglected. Vik had absolutely no respect for my time and moved with zero urgency. I actually missed a dinner reservation because of the incompetence here. Apple’s priorities are obvious. They roll out the red carpet to take your money for a new product, but the second you need support, they treat you like a burden. This location is disrespectful and useless. Avoid it at all costs.

  It's either Apple or this store is bad at customer service now. Products aren't good quality anymore. Systems are buggy too. It is sad to see a great and top of the line tech brand be like this now. I surely experienced the old apple standard of service elsewhere, but not here in this store. We have multiple Apple products experiencing quality problems, multi gen iPhones, Apple Watches, Apple services, etc. Sad. and will not buy any Apple products in the future if i live in Markham or near this store. Btw, the "technicians" know too little, you won't be expecting customers teaching your employees, huh?
