  Awful customer service. I just bought a new apple product and it didn't work/I couldn't figure out how to make it work, so I asked for help. The employee brushed it off, didn't even help me with my issue or take a look further than a glance, and just told me to return it another day if it doesn't work..? Also the employee abruptly left midway when I was trying to figure out the issue (it wasn't even busy in the store).

  Worst experience ever! So I recently traded old iphone with the new one and their employee - Mathew helped me with the purchase. During the whole conversation I had to ask him things twice as I was not following the information he was sharing. The information flow was twisted which made difficult to understand him as well as there were some other issues. Later, I requested for a leadership call through feedback form to discuss this pathetic customer service and explained the challenges to the store’s manager which I faced with his employee. Now a month later, I received my phone bill and my carrier had charged me one time activation fee of $80 which was not disclosed by Mathew at the time of purchase. If he made that disclosed, I would have done everything online rather going to the apple store. I think their manager should focus more on employee training with communication skills and how to present information because I got a lot of surprises with hidden charges which should have been disclosed by Mathew. Never going back to this location!

  Went in for a pickup for a macbook, the indian lady with the ponytail that first approached us was not helpful. She gave us a number for order help and once we called, he helped but informed us that we weren’t supposed to be calling and that was the job of the employee that didn’t help us. However after getting off the phone, we were helped by a white lady with short hair who went above and beyond to make sure my little sister got her macbook the same day!

  worst place to visit if you have apple care they will keep looking reasons for not repairing the phone and will want you to come again and again ,they called me 3 times and everytime making new reason for not doing the repairs ,wiiiill be complaining to apple soon

  Very disappointed with the service I received at the Apple Store located in Markville Mall. I visited the store regarding the discoloration issue on my iPhone 17 Pro / Pro Max, which is a brand-new phone with zero scratches, no dents, and no signs of physical damage. Despite the phone being in excellent condition and still fully under warranty, both the staff and the manager dismissed the issue as merely “cosmetic damage” and offered no real help or solution. What is most frustrating is that this is a $2,000+ device, not a small purchase, and customers expect premium support to match the premium price. A phone of this value should not be changing color under normal use, especially while still under warranty. Unfortunately, the online call centre was also no help and provided the same unhelpful response. I expected much better customer service, accountability, and support from Apple. Very disappointing experience overall.
