  Extremely pushy with phone plans. Ive gone to this location 5+ times since it opened for small things, phone chargers, headphones ect. Just out of convenience and every single time its a struggle when trying to cash out or unlock locked up items because they push phone plans aggressively. Ive actually had to walk out without purchasing what I needed at the register because the cashier just wouldn't let me pay for my item and kept pushing that they could get me a "better rate" on my current phone plan. Another time they kept saying they would give me my headphones for free if I just signed up my phone thru them and wouldn't let it go. Another time at the register trying to cash out they kept reiterating over and over "just tell me you work in the mall and I can give you a mall discount on a phone plan" They seem nice until and helpful until you decline their pushy phone salesmanship then they almost seem mad at you and are no longer nice/providing customer service. FYI ive never gone into the store for a phone/phone plan.

  I had a great experience with Shakshyam as my customer service representative. He supported me patiently with every question I had while installing my iPhone.   We had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to the outstanding customer service we received. AZLAN was incredibly helpful and ensured we received all available discounts and promotions. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even extended the time he spent processing everything. We truly appreciate his effort in helping us save money. Highly recommended!

  I had a great experience buying two phones from Shak and Sahil. Both of them were very friendly, honest, and professional. They gave me a really good deal compared to other sellers, and the phones were in excellent condition exactly as described. What I appreciated the most was that they didn’t just try to sell quickly—they also gave helpful advice on how to choose the right phone and how to save money. They explained which models have the best value and what to look for when buying a phone on a budget. You can tell they care about their customers and want to give fair prices. Everything was smooth, fast, and trustworthy. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Shak and Sahil to anyone looking for a good quality phone at a great price.   We popped into Best Buy Express to look for some headphones and started to talk to the associate Balu, and he made a suggestion on a promotion they had that might have saved us a lot. We reviewed our cell phone plan with him(which we were already considering reviewing), and he was able to save us almost have of our monthly plan by signing us up for a new plan. With 4 phones attached there was a lot of administrative work he had to do but we were more than happy to wait all the while he was the only associate working at the time. In the end we got everything moved successfully and in a shorter time(given the number of phones). He was very helpful and took all the time needed to explain things. We would highly recommend Balu as he’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for cell phone plan suggestions or anything else electronic that their store carries.
