I picked something up here and the employee held on to it until he went on about his promotional offers. I stopped him and said no but he carried on. I said no I just came to pick this up. Basically had to peel it out of his hand and shoved it in my backpack. Left. Got home and it's not even what I ordered. Won't go here again

Instead, I was pushed into a long pitch about switching carriers for a $100 gift card, even after explaining that I am under my mom’s family plan and do not need it. It was frustrating and time consuming because they kept finding ways to circle back to the “deal” no one else would offer. I never actually got an answer to my question, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. Their way of talking also came off very strong, to the point that it made me feel dumb being talked to. It did not feel natural at all. Honestly, it felt suffocating to deal with that kind of pressure. I would rather not come back to this store again if that is the experience every time.
