    I am so thankful I came in today to chat with the Mobile desk today about new phone offers. Rayan and Abish were so friendly, knowledgeable and I received excellent customer service. They even stayed later than closing at 8 pm to help us out and switch mobile plans. Highly recommend this location and these two employees.

    Legal Scam Artists. Avoid This Location At All Costs!!!! Purchased a 5k dollar computer bundle through them with warranty and everything included. It was clarified MULTIPLE times that the computer and monitor were wrapped into the same warranty deal. The individual selling assured me that it covered physical damage and manufacturing errors. Come a few months later I tired to return the monitor as it was dropped during a move to a new desk. I was told I was not covered. The lady at the desk admitted they have had MULTIPLE issues with people being told the wrong information and being sold warrantys that don't actually cover damage. The manager and computer manager both agreed they can't do anything about it. Officially screwed out of $500 warranty. This location clearly has some internal issues and managers are simply refusing to handle it as they continue to sell customers faulty warranty's or warrantys that are true to "upsell". Buyer Be Ware

    I order a laptop from best buy CANADA... and get sent one from AMERICA? I would have just drove somewhere if I knew I'd have this hassle and support somewhere I didn't want to.

    It was a great experience shopping at Best Buy. Terren was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and easy. Special thanks as well to his manager Dan for the support and professionalism.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy today. I was helped by an employee named Alden (or possibly Alien) when asking questions about the Meta glasses. Since these glasses cannot be returned once opened, I wanted to be absolutely sure I was purchasing the correct pair. There were no display models available, and the employee barely looked at the box while answering my questions. Instead of being helpful, he became rude and gave me attitude simply for asking reasonable questions about a non-returnable item. When I asked if there was anyone else in the store who might be more familiar with the product, he took offense and told me no one else knew more than him and that anyone else would give me the exact same answers. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer making an expensive, final-sale purchase, I expected patience and basic customer service. This experience left me uncomfortable and unwilling to make the purchase.
