    I've only had good experiences at this best buy. Super easy to pick up online orders and do returns/exchanges. I lost my phone there and the manager kept it safe until I could get back for it.

    Best Buy has screwed up delivery 4 times. I had bought end of August a top of the range Samsung washing machine, tumble dryer, Kitchen Aid fridge and Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I arranged delivery Nov.5 after I had moved into my new home. Best Buy tried delivering my dishwasher Sept.16 which I had to cancel as I didn't have possession of my home till Nov.1. The 2nd time Best Buy delivered the washing machine and tumble dryer on Nov.5 correctly and told me they had to deliver the fridge and dishwasher the following week. 3rd delivery they brought the fridge and 'forgot' the dishwasher, then said they couldn't find it. The fridge was damaged so l had to personally drive 1.5hrs to a Best Buy store and arrange an exchange for another fridge and to have them 'find' my dishwasher - This took nearly 1.5hrs in store. 4th delivery (today Nov.12) they try delivering my dishwasher to my old address - but deliver the fridge separately to my new address...but second fridge is damaged worse than 1st one! Dishwasher is sent back to warehouse. Each time I have spent ages talking to Best Buy customer service and hearing 'sorry for the inconvenience' and 'we understand your frustration' - I live in Stratford and they tell me I have to wait another week for delivery - they say this every time. The only compensation I have been offered is $50 when I have spent nearly $10,000 and as of writing this I still have no dishwasher and the fridge is waiting to be exchanged a 3rd time. My husband went into the London store today where we made the original purchases, and at this point Best Buy can come get the washing machine, tumble dryer , fridge and and keep the dishwasher and refund me for all the items and I will go somewhere else and deal with a company who values customer service and my money. The Supervisor was supposed to call me back today but didn't. So no - run away from Best Buy, they are crap and do not value you as a customer or treat you with respect. They don't care.

    Pathetic service. We came in specifically to buy a TV we were ready to spend money. Instead, we were treated like we didn’t exist. One employee said “one minute,” then disappeared, and we stood there for nearly 20 minutes with zero assistance. Not a single person bothered to help us, even though we were clearly there to make a purchase. Completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. If this is how they treat paying customers, it’s no wonder people shop elsewhere. I’m definitely not coming back.

    I inquired with an employee at your store about a folio case with a trackpad for the 10th-generation iPad. Upon purchase, I discovered that the item was not the one I had requested. When I returned the folio the following day, I was refunded for the incorrect item. I subsequently was looking for an iPhone charging adapter with dual-type-C ports, which was available on the Apple Stores obviously, However, when I inquired with that employee again, she informed me that Apple does not manufacture such adapters. I was surprised by her spontaneous response, which contained incorrect information. It is possible that her intention was not to sell products but rather to enjoy her free salary and employee discounts for herself or her friends and family. It is imperative that your employees receive comprehensive training.

    Last week i buy a 1terabite sandisk portable harddisk.Then i tried to use with my apple MacBook but it's not working with it then i search videos on the youtube then i format it on the dell laptop then again tried with macbook but it's not working again. Today, we went to bestbuy for return it but the guy at the cashier spot said its on the final sale and you have to format it. I said i already format it and tried it's not working. Then he said but it's working with other then it's good. But we buy it for macbook not for other. Because macbook storage is full.Now it's not usefull for me.At the time of purchase no body said it's on final sale.I also said i can bring my laptop if you wanna see it is working or not. But no solution. I really disappointed from the service. I just wasted my hard earned money. Now onwards i am not going to best buy again.
