  Absolutely abysmal service. Not so much from the store but from their toll free customer service line. I went to the store and was shown a product by the sales rep. I had more questions before placing a final order. The stores phone numbers are not published so I called the 800 number, they were unable to help so after arguing with a computer for five minutes I finally got through to an agent who said he would put me through to the store. I was on hold for FIFTEEN MINUTES and hung up. WHY WOULD ANYONE SPEND $2,000 WITH A COMPANY THAT CANT EVEN ANSWER A SALES CALL? WHAT DO YOU IF THE PRODUCT BREAKS.???? FOLLOW UP So, I got the automated response from Bestbuy saying they’d like to re earn my confidence. I pressed the link they sent and got “Page not found”. No I have no confidence in them at all.

  Walked in this morning, 3 pylons standing inside at the door, no greeting no acknowledgement. I wandered around found what I needed with no help from other staff, went to cashier, the woman greeted me and said did they tell you our debit and credit cards are down. NO they didnt, same 3 pylons still standing at the door circle jerking. Thanks for wasting my time.

  Had to search for a salesman the last 3 times I purchased at this location. 3 times in a row seems a bit much and the last time he disappeared, after 15 minutes had to chase down another one.

  This review is for a Best Buy online purchase of an Ember mug sold by Electro Emporium. I believed I was purchasing a new product and did not realize Best Buy also offers refurbished items — my mistake for not noticing this more carefully. However, what I received was completely unacceptable. The mug arrived missing the charger, the stickers had been reapplied with an extremely sticky residue that would have interfered with charging even if the charger had been included, and the two components of the cup were loose, meaning the mug was not waterproof. I followed the return process exactly as instructed, submitted photos, and complied with all documentation requests. I was then told that this was not the mug they sent me and that the serial numbers were incorrect. Since then, I’ve gone back and forth multiple times trying to resolve this. I also contacted Best Buy customer service directly and was told they were unable to help at this time. I even asked if I could go into a physical store for assistance and was told no. I’m leaving this review here because the platform does not allow me to leave a review directly on the Ember mug listing. This situation has been needlessly drawn out, extremely frustrating, and poorly handled. Being told that the product “isn’t theirs” despite following proper return procedures is deeply problematic. This has been a very disappointing experience with both the seller and the support process. I hope someone takes accountability and helps resolve this properly.

  We went here to look for a gaming monitor and a keyboard and we found a great value for the price! We had a cool deal, and both perform exceptionally well. Smooth visuals, responsive keys, and solid build quality. The warranty gives peace of mind, and the customer service was excellent—friendly, fast, and reliable and we were treated like a special customer by Mel. Thank you very much, Mel! Highly recommended!
