    We bought headphones a few months ago, suddenly it goes missing, but until one day someone bring in OUR airpods maxes (stolen) and our name was registered on it, instead of taking the headphones back, they let him go, if you guys lost it something got stolen that you bought from this store, these people will give you a hard time, garbage apple store

    I bought an Apple pencil in November from a local business with no affiliation with the Apple company. It was a Christmas present and I didn't have anything to test it out on. Christmas came and I found out that it didn't work. I live an hour away from the nearest Apple store but I got a chance in January to make it to London. When I took it in the first time the guy told me I had to take it back to where I bought it and wouldn't deal with me any further. I tried to take it back but I misplaced the receipt. So back to the Apple store. This time I ask "does Apple stand behind their products?" They said yes and I continue telling them of my first visit. They promptly looked at the Apple pencil confirming that it was defective and offered me a replacement. The catch was that they didn't have any in stock, that they would call me when when it came in. They called me 2 days before I was leaving for Dominican Republic. I explained I have no time to pick it up till I get back. They were kind enough to extend my pick up date till after I get back. I picked it up today. This was my third trip to London, an hour drive each way. 6 hours... 5 hours after the first guy told me to take it back to where I bought it. I appreciate when I came back that they were kind and courteous and took care of my needs but not to have any in stock was a little frustrating. I hope that they can improve this issue.

    ​I visited recently to replace a faulty charger for my daughter’s first Apple product. I received the device new from best Buy for a Christmas gift for her and the charger power outlet never worked. While I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff member, the process quickly hit a bottleneck. Despite many employees being on the floor, only one person—Bruno—was handling check-ins and appointments. ​Bruno was incredible. He was juggling a massive crowd with grace and providing great service, but he was clearly overextended. I waited 10 minutes just to be told it would be another 50-minute wait for a simple warranty swap. ​Feedback for Management: It’s inefficient to funnel every customer through a single person for registration. I’d recommend training more staff on the check-in process or using clearer signage about appointment wait times. For a first-time Apple buyer, it was frustrating to learn that a 30-second charger swap requires a formal appointment. I’ll be back, but I’ll definitely book online next time.

    Don't waste your time with this company. They do not honour their promotions. I bought online for their black Friday promotion at 12:15am for store pick up, went to the store which I asked for the gift card when I bought my Apple watch. Only to be told they will send it to me. Never recieved anything. Only to find out that the time stamp that they got for my purchase online was 11:15pm even though the promo does not mention anything about starting at midnight based on a particular timezone. I tried several ways to correct this issue but was only offer a time sensitive discount on my next purchase which was not even realistic . Either way . For a measly $70 that you didn't honour. You lost 2 customers.
