    I visited the Apple Store Genius Bar to reschedule an appointment, which should have been a quick and simple interaction. Instead, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with an employee named Henna who was the only one to who I could go to for rescheduling my appointment according to the other employee Her tone was dismissive, rude, and condescending from the start. She spoke to me with a complete lack of respect, cut me off while I was talking, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. The way she handled the interaction came across as biased and made me feel very uncomfortable. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Apple is known for high standards, but this interaction fell far below what I expect from a company of this caliber. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no customer should be treated the way I was—especially for something as basic as rescheduling an appointment.

    We were very disappointed with our experience today. The staff member who introduced herself as the manager made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Without even asking about the difference in belts, she quoted prices in a rude and dismissive way. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely upsetting. We felt spoken to in a degrading way, and the interaction came across as discriminatory and humiliating. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and needs to stop. Customers deserve respect and basic courtesy.
