    I never got to Know the Name of the Employee who helped me out with buying my IPhone 17 Pro, AirPods Pro 3, and Case, but I had a great experience with them as they ran me through the features that the 17 Pro offered, and was a nice person to talk to, but Thank you, I would definitely see myself returning here due to them, so thank you my friend

    I never write reviews but I need to leave one about Assad, he was absolutely amazing! From the second I walked in the store he greeted me, and was so genuine, kind, and helpful. I had major issues making my purchase because of my own mistake with my card limits but he helped me for almost an hour, trying everything he could to allow me to make the purchase. The entire time he was professional, friendly, nice and extremely knowledgeable on everything to do with Apple. I must’ve been such a pain taking up so much of his time but he never let it show. I can’t stress enough how great he is at his job, he went above and beyond to help me and I’ve never received such amazing customer service from anyone! Thank you Assad!! I would recommend the Apple Store to anyone wanting to buy their products, their employees are genuinely the best.

    Only ever have have great experiences here, if one person doesn’t have an answer another person will. Came in to replace my iPhone battery, came back and was done 30 min early. Asked a bunch of questions about trade in, all answered. Thanks for keeping my phone alive!

    I dropped off my iPhone 15 Pro for a repair this morning around 11:30 a.m. The staff informed me that the repair would be completed by 3:30 p.m. When I returned at that time, I immediately noticed that the repair was not done properly. The camera had issues, which clearly showed there was still an issue. I have AppleCare+, so I expected the repair to be handled with proper quality and care. Instead, the technician told me to wait another one to two hours and asked me to come back at 4:30 p.m. because they needed to replace the camera. When I returned at 4:30 p.m., my device still wasn’t ready. Overall, the service experience was very disappointing. The staff did not properly inspect the device after the initial repair, which shows a lack of quality control. I had to make multiple trips back and forth, wasting my time and fuel. As a paying AppleCare+ customer, I expected a smoother and more reliable repair process. Apple needs to improve their after-repair inspection process and respect customers’ time. Everyone values their time, and such repeated delays and lack of attention to detail are simply not acceptable from a brand like Apple. That said, when I came back later to pick up my phone, the team did acknowledge the inconvenience and provided me with a small gift as an apology, which I appreciated. I truly hope that Apple’s staff ensure proper inspection of all devices in the future.
