I attended my local Rogers store & was told there would be a $75.00 fee to do it. I refused to pay it & walked out. Just happened to see the Best Buy Store in the same mall (Lindsay) & walked in. The staff were great. Even though my phone was with Rogers (they dont deal with Rogers) the staff looked after my request to switch the information over for me at no cost. Im very impressed with this gesture. I purchased some items at the store as well. As far as Im concerned, Best Buy should be very proud of the members working at that particular location...... JOB WELL DONE Thank You
