I was immediately turned down with the excuse of "there's nothing we can do" glad I didn't upgrade my phone there lol terrible service.

Instead of responding politely, he spoke very rudely and told me they don’t do it there. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and respectful communication. I hope Best Buy addresses this because customer service and manners make a big difference.

Despite clearly asking for a lease plan with device return, she sold us a financing plan instead and only showed the plan details on the screen. When we returned to fix it, she refused to adjust the pricing, causing a 200-dollar loss. The store manager could not reached so no help either from management The staff appears friendly during the sale but ignores you once an issue arises. Dont get scammed here.

He helped us to find the absolute best offer for a new phone for my husband and I switched my phone provider as well. We are saving over 100 dollars a month with a new phone included. Zeshan was patient and explained everything detail. I’ve always had a good experience with Best Buy (previously Mobile). Thank you Z.
