I am pleased with the great experience and service I have had at Best Buy and their appliances advisor KYLE, I was looking for a fridge for almost two months and everything in the market did not fit my space, Kyle helped me out to find the right fridge that fits all my needs/ space.From ordering to deliver at my doorstep the whole experience was more than great and saved me lots of time and efforts. I bought the product in store and before delivery got the order cancelled by calling Best Buy. And I got the email that I can go to the store anytime for the refund and everytime I been to store. I am not able to get the refund as they want to check with warehouse for the status of my order even though I got the call fron someone from Bestbuy the next day that I can go anytime for the refund. This is really frustrating and unpleasant experience for me as it’s about $1389 . Just right now I finished my call with Best Buy and the agent was not able to find the order. (Agent name ; Emily agent 7354774) . With this experience I am scared to buy from Best Buy any product.
And now today again the worst experience as I got the order cancelled before delivery and so no item was received by Best Buy as I got it cancelled before the delivery but today again a surprise that I got a call that the delivery guy is on the way to pick up the item but such a worst experience by buying through Best Buy that there is no communication within the departments that the item is never delivered then how can I give the item for pick up
