    Extremely slow. Home appliance consultation section. Nov 23rd adternoon. The two employees are serving The same two customers for more than an hour. They don't seem to care how many more ppl were in line. I have no idea what it takes so long. It doesn't even take that long to sign a mortgage agreement. What kind of customer service Does best buy commit to?

    I asked for an apple watch se 3 GPS version. They gave me the cellular version. I also took the 3 year warranty. I didn’t realise until I checked my online bill. Bad Communication between between staff but I won’t going back over 70$ difference. I will be generous with my review. But If I am paying so much expect better.

    Review for Best Buy & Sachin (Computer Setup Department) I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Best Buy, especially thanks to Sachin from the computer installation department. He was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Sachin took the time to explain every detail clearly and made sure my computer was set up perfectly. What impressed me most was his kindness and genuine willingness to help — he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working smoothly before I left. It’s rare to find such dedicated and respectful service these days, and Sachin truly made my visit outstanding. Thank you, Sachin, for your amazing support and for representing Best Buy in such a positive and professional way. I’ll definitely come back because of your excellent service!

    My wife and I visited your store around 7:50 p.m. and selected an LG washer that we liked. When we inquired about any ongoing offers, the salesperson said he would check with his manager and confirmed that we would receive free delivery, free pickup of our old appliance for recycling, and a new set of free hose for installation. Since it was getting late, I said I’d return the next morning to finalize the purchase, which they confirmed was in stock.The following morning, however, the experience was completely different. The salesperson I spoke with seemed more focused on upselling a four-year extended warranty. When I politely declined, his attitude changed noticeably. He refused to acknowledge the previous evening’s conversation and simply said there were many people on the floor, so he couldn’t know who I had spoken to. After speaking with his manager, he informed me that I would now have to pay $15 for the hose and began renegotiating the terms we had already discussed.It wasn’t about the amount but the inconsistency and the dismissive attitude I encountered. The shift overnight and the implication that I was being untruthful about what had been offered was both disappointing and unprofessional.In the end, I went to Home Depot, where the purchase process was straightforward and completed within 15 minutes. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but this experience was disheartening. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that customers are treated with honesty and respect, as consistency and integrity are what build lasting relationships.

    OHHHHH LEMMEEE TELL YOU HOW THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE THINK THEY OWN THE COMPANY!!???? We went there to get a refund for the iPhone 17 base model because there was some issue before with it but leave that. To get a refund, guess how long we had to wait? 45 MINUTES! Because the ladies there Dua, Archita, and some older woman (I don’t know her name but she works at the checkout) were sooooo sooooo rude! The older woman was passive-aggressive, Archita (I didn’t actually get to talk to her) was rolling her eyes, and when we confronted her, she denied it. Like, who has the guts to roll their eyes at a customer and then deny it when confronted?? We came to the checkout and they sent us to “mobile” to check for the refund and guess what? No one was there. Every employee looked at us and ignored us until one guy approached. We explained the situation, and he said he’s just a rep but would get someone. He brings Dua, and she looked like she didn’t even want to be there. We explained everything and told her that we booked the iPhone 17 base model online and needed the refund. She goes, “ummm... people usually come to the store to book it.” Like, okay?? What are we supposed to do with that information? And apparently Miss Genius didn’t know how to do a refund when something is booked online but her attitude was like she was one of the engineers behind the iPhone 17. Then she told us to check if we got the refund automatically and disappeared for 15 minutes. Of course, we didn’t get the refund automatically. I got so frustrated I got up to look for her and found her chatting with her friends! I told her, “Hey, we didn’t get the refund. Can you help us?” She said, “Can you say that again please, because we’re trying to figure it out here.” Okay, like, I understand the process might be different, but still you’re an employee representing a company! And when we confronted all the ladies in the end (after we finally got our refund), I said, “You guys could’ve been a little apologetic for a refund, it’s been like what, 45 minutes?” And Dua goes, “She did apologize, right?” Umm???? I SWEAR TO GOD I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS DISGUSTED BY SOMEONE’S ATTITUDE OR THEIR PRESENCE.
