    I recently went to the store and was completely disappointed with the service from Suchit the associate working there He approached me chewing food which was beey bad when I told my budget to him hearing my budget he told me not to buy with this budget and despite showing me the laptops he refused to help and suddenly one other customer came, he immediately left me hanging in the store clueless and went directly to that customer assuming he will have a sales there, and with me coz of my low budget he didn’t saw a potential sale. So i just want to state that is this the way you treat your customers by their budget and class. Nobody came to help me look for the right product and i felt very humiliated in the store I also wanted to buy something more from the store but ending up leaving the store humiliated. While i was leaving the store I saw Suchit was busy talking with other associates. I don’t know whether he said his name correct or not. He was tall and wearing glasses and has a beard with white hairs in it. Would never suggest my friends to buy products or any kind of services from this store.

    Armaan (Kitchener Fairway Location) Very disappointing and misleading experience. The sales representative explained one set of terms during the purchase, but added a completely different plan to the financing without properly disclosing it. I was told certain add-ons were “free,” but later found out they were actually being charged. I had to replace the item and visit another location, where the staff reviewed my account and confirmed that none of what the original salesperson promised was actually reflected. In fact, everything that was claimed to be free turned out to be payable. This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers just to meet sales targets. Transparency and honesty are the bare minimum in sales, and this experience completely lacked both. If you want to sell something, explain it clearly and convince the customer don’t try to make a fool out of them

    Went here to get a laptop with my wife and had a lovely experience with a salesman who found her a great laptop. Unfortunately when she was waiting at the counter for the four sales people to get to her (about five minutes) the last laptop sold online so she wasn't able to get it. We'll go somewhere else

    Just exited the store after my purchase of a headsets. The associate (Daryl) that was there to help me didn’t look very pleased to serve me. I had a gift card which he was having issues processing and he just told me to come back later with a physical card. It wasn’t until I requested to try again so that I didn’t have to go and come back again. That he finally scanned it again and it worked. So if it wasn’t for my persistance he was happy to send me back home. Not a very pleasant experience.
