  They sold us an opened/used/damaged(?) PS5 when we paid for a new one, we didn’t notice the seal was broken until we were home. I used the online chat to ensure when I go to the store I’m not told there’s nothing they can do because it’s opened. 30 mins of bestbuy online chat and I got attitude, disrespect AND the incredible advice of….. go to the store. No added value, help, sincere apology, or compensation. Very disrespectful of people’s time and money, just another greasy company ripping you off, lying to your face and expecting you to thank them for it.

  Bought an 85" TV and waited over two weeks for delivery. After staying home all day to wait for it, I called the store and asked for a manager. The woman I spoke to claimed she was the manager, but I could barely understand her heavy Indian accent. She was extremely rude, not helpful at all, and gave me "robot" answers before telling me it would be another two weeks for the next delivery. I could have gotten the same unit from their competitors for only $20 more and had it delivered the same day. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again; I should have ordered from Amazon, where they actually deliver in a day or two. Extremely bad service, I would give them a zero star if I could.

  Just bought a computer from Best Buy in Kingston. I cannot say enough about how patient and helpful they were. As someone who knows very little about computers, they helped to set me up and make sure everything had been copied over to my new computer from my old one and helped me to make sure that all my programs were working. Thank you, Elle, Logan and Melissa for being so patient, kind and ever so helpful. You all deserve a raise! ❤️

  Shopping experience in store was fine. I just wanted a new Apple Watch. Took them 30 mins to find it…. But sort of expected at big box stores. What I’m reviewing is as I was checking out. The screw made me check a box saying I did NOT want to receive email marketing. This is backwards. I should not automatically be signed up for an email blast. The guy at the cash register affirmed that that was a silly. Now I have had to un subscribe from three different email chains from Best Buy. They added me to their email list anyways. Very annoying.
