    The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive—or at least, that’s what I would say if the employees actually seemed interested in doing their jobs instead of talking amongst themselves. We went in intending to purchase a monitor. Upon entering the store, we saw only high-end monitors on display and couldn’t find other brands such as Dell, Lenovo, or HP. We asked an employee wearing red glasses if there were additional monitors elsewhere in the store. She appeared disinterested, quickly told us that the monitors at the front were the only monitors in the store and on display, and then walked away. While continuing to browse on our own, we eventually found the monitors we were looking for in another section of the store.. We are still confused as to why she told us no, lol. Unfortunately, the one we were interested in didn’t have a price label. I asked another employee for assistance (I believe her name was Vinitu or something). While still looking at her phone, she told us, in a harsh tone, to “give her a minute.” Once we had her attention, we asked for the price. After some time searching for the price, she stated, " I think the price is $379.00," and then walked away without confirming or offering further help. This wasn't very clear, as a larger Lenovo monitor next to it was priced at $299.99. A quick search on Best Buy’s website showed the actual price was $209.99. After deciding which monitor we wanted, we were unable to find any employees available to help us complete the purchase. Most appeared more engaged in chatting with coworkers than assisting customers. We ultimately left without buying anything, as we felt more like a burden than customers. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the staff’s lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and product knowledge disappointed me enough that I felt it necessary to share my thoughts.

    Overall service is good. Agent is very good in his job. One thing needs to cautious is that the so called device protection plan. I was sold this plan at the end of the transaction to for new iphone at $13.99/month for 3 years. I was told I can cancel the plan after 3 months. I was given a "free" screen protector and get it installed on site. I did not have time to read the receipt which has very small letters and very long and narrow receipt. I went to the store next day, the agent even had his leader assured me that the plan can be cancelled after 3 payments without penalty. When I evnentaully can get on the website to read the "protection plan". The term said it can be cancelled with in 30 days in store. After 30 days, it can be cancelled online with so called "service recovery fee (SRF)". "The SRF is equal to twelve (12) monthly payments of the plan purchse price less the total amount of the plan purchase price you already paid as of the date of cancellation". I did not want to take chance if I cancel after 3 payments. I was charged for the "screen protector" for $50 which you can buy for less than $10 for cancelling the protection plan within 30 days. So be aware the catch on the protection plan and do not take the free offer which has much high cost that the market price.

    Abysmal service as per usual. We decided to pop in last minute for a boxing day sale on iPads, immediately upon arrival, we made our way to the section and attempted to get three employees’s attention (very kindly might I add) but everyone seemed to be too busy to even stop and acknowledge our presence. We finally were able to get someone to stop and help us, she very quickly and rudely helped me track down said iPad and disappeared into the back. She then pawned us off to another employee who was 10 times worse, first of all she was chewing gum in such an obnoxious manner and she had attitude for days. Finally after being shuffled from cash register to cash register, I let her know that I intended to pay cash. Well good lord almighty talk about an issue, all the registers were closed to cash 20 minutes before close. We were then once again shifted to another employee (who was also rude) and they told us that we have to pay card. Oh and to add! Nobody ever even said hi to us! Awful experience would never recommend this store and with a 3.7 review, I doubt anyone else will.

    I had a very poor customer service experience with a cashier named Laila. She was unprofessional and gave incorrect information. I was trying to request a price match for an item I had recently purchased, and she confidently told me that price matching with other stores is not allowed once the item has already been purchased, and that price matching only applies to this store, which is obviously not true. I have successfully price-matched items with other stores multiple times after purchase without any issues. Despite this, she stated this misinformation very confidently without checking with anyone. I then asked her to confirm with her manager. After doing so, the manager confirmed that price matching with other stores IS ALLOWED after purchase, as long as it is within the return policy period. This staff Laila is super unprofessional and arrogant. She is not helpful at all. Don’t let her help with anything if come to this store! But honestly the manager Jacob is quite kind and patient.

    Horrid experience at this Best Buy location. Wanted to make a purchase using my Fairstone account. After fidgeting with packaging for over 5 mins, the cashier proceeded to tell me she was unable to scan the barcode on my account. We moved over to another computer and the problem persisted. I then received a notice on my phone that my account had been locked out for 15 mins due to too many failed attempts. In somewhat of a rush, I asked if there was a manual way to enter the information. Nobody had a clue - so I proceeded to pay with my credit card, which was not what I was planning. I then asked if they had any bags for my 9 items - and the cashier pulled out mini paper bags that could barely hold two mouse boxes, claiming it was all they had. I needed 5 bags for my items. I’d hate to see what would happen if someone was purchasing a laptop or any other medium sized item - in a snowstorm.
