- DSdavid sto1 day ago2.0After buying a washer and dryer and having a very bad experience with the delivery company, I decided to not do business with either Best Buy or the delivery company. Asked for a refund and told initially I would have to pay for the delivery that never happened. I called Best Buy 1-800 number. Spend over and hour on the phone with Doug and him getting the work done. But none of that work got sent to the store. 35 min drive there to find out they could not give me my refund today. They were on hold an 45 mins and I told the manager to get the refund pushed to my card so I wouldn’t have to make another special trip to get this refund. He called me a short time later and from that I understood my refund was coming….. nope! Didn’t happen. Drove back to the story, 35 mins one one…. To wait for it to get done. Took far too long. A company that sells electronics can’t issue a refund without the card? Thanks. Wastes 2 hours of my time and driving when it should never have been an issue. Over a month from buying to getting the refund. The staff were friendly. But over and hour on the phone, over two hours of driving. Pretty poor customer service. Best Buy really needs to sort themselves out.
