  I am beyond satisfied with the service I received at this Best Buy express Limeridge location today. Kemar was a true professional, he did all that he could to get my family the best home internet and cellular deal, saved us $, and even stayed past his shift to make sure everything is perfect without any rush or pressure. I work in retail and I am quite sensitive to pushy and insincere sales people, as soon as I sense pressure I leave, and here there wasn’t any of that. Nothing but good vibes!

  Twice in the last 3 months I have gone to the Best Buy Express (Limeridge Mall) for Bell services, which I was expecting to experience an absolute headache (since customer service in most places these days is straight nonsense in comparison to 10 + years ago). The gentlemen (Macray & company) at this store were on point with how they approached me as a customer with Bell. They knew the plans very well and how to smoothly work their way in and out of the system without jeopardizing integrity; but simply took their time in navigating their way through a bunch of options to see which plans were advantageous to my family and I (phone & internet plans). I highly recommend going to this location if you want to avoid unnecessary headaches and frustration when dealing with phone and internet services. Respect 💯

  I had an amazing experience at Best Buy! Aman helped me throughout the entire process and made everything so easy and stress-free. S He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all my options clearly. What really stood out was that he gave me a really, really amazing deal and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Highly recommend asking for Aman if you visit — he truly goes above and beyond!

Kemar took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us get an amazing deal on the phone. His positive attitude and great customer service truly stood out.
