    10/5 stars for my boy Steven. He was great, he set me up with a great plan at a great price. Very knowledgeable about all the different carriers and the plans that were available through them. He got me better coverage and more services for less money then I was already paying. He was also great with the staff and other customers around. Im sure he is going to keep getting promoted and become the big boss one day if he likes

Overall, it’s a convenient spot for tech and electronics, but if you’re hoping to browse physical media, you might leave wanting more.

    Terrible service employees ignore you and dont ask if you need help, I was left at the cash register for 5 minutes when they could have just cashed me out and went to help another customer.... Disgusted by the service another employee had to come over and help cash people out because no one was cashing people out normally only at customer service so it took 3x as long to cash out...

    We waited for 1-2 hours and when it came our turn he told them stop don’t help this guy he said he’s a manager his name is vish and we sat for another hour waiting and he said don’t help them. The owner was not see a single time and Don’t come to this location the people are so rude

Throughout the entire process, Vish consistently went above and beyond.
