I went to Best Buy to buy to pickup the LG TV I ordered online and the service was great. First I walked to customer service and they were all very kind and willing to help. I told her I ordered online and then boom. I walked to my car and someone came out, loaded the TV and away I went. If you are looking for an electronic store with great service, kind workers, and fast service, this is the store for you.

Very disappointing experience. I went there today planning to buy a speaker, but no one offered to help me, staff are not attentive and I felt ignored the entire time. It's not a good place to shop if you expect customer service. I ended up leaving without buying anything. I wouldn't recommend this store.

I visited this location on Sunday morning to get some new AirPods when I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jakob. If you want top notch customer service look no further than this fine young gentleman!! He made my visit easy and efficient. He was attentive, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable of the product. Wow. I haven’t been this pleased with customer service since the pandemic. I am impressed!!👏👏

10/5 stars for my boy Steven. He was great, he set me up with a great plan at a great price. Very knowledgeable about all the different carriers and the plans that were available through them. He got me better coverage and more services for less money then I was already paying. He was also great with the staff and other customers around. Im sure he is going to keep getting promoted and become the big boss one day if he likes
