  I was greeted by a lovely person named Neelam. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the iPhone I was looking at purchasing. I felt very comfortable with her as she explained everything about the phone and the 2 year contract and pricing. She also was able to transfer all of my data over to the new phone without any issues. She has very good technical skills. I wish all sales people could be like her. It’s people like her that make you go back to the store for future purchases. I definitely will recommend her to all of my friends and family.

  I was helped by the manager, Shikha, just the other day. She was very friendly and helped me to get a super epic deal on the iPhone 16e along with a free $100 Best Buy gift card! Thanks so much Shikha!

  I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with a phone plan at this Best buy location. The employee who assisted me completely misrepresented the details of the plan. I was told one price and one set of benefits in store, but when the first bill arrived, the charges were significantly higher and included add-ons I never agreed to. When I went back to get clarification, Shikha manager of store ,response was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging the confusion or trying to fix the issue, I was made to feel like it was somehow my fault for “not reading the fine print.” That is not acceptable customer service. I trusted the employee’s explanation, and that trust was clearly misplaced. If you are considering getting a phone plan here, double-check every single detail, ask for everything in writing, and do not rely on verbal assurances. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend getting a phone plan from this location. Even they don’t deserve 1 star here !

  Neelam was so fantastic and nice, i got my virgin plus home internet last year September through her and i can back again to get some gadget and phone internet, she’s amazing. Good job Neelam
