    I purchased 5 lines on the US–Canada plan for my business, and I’m extremely happy with the service I received. The store manager was professional, well-mannered, and gave me an amazing deal. They even provided a Best Buy gift card. The whole process was smooth, and all my numbers were ported to Bell without any issues. I’m truly impressed with the service. I highly recommend this location Best Buy has hired some of the best people in the company.

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Best Buy location. I ordered a tablet that was only available at this store, received a notification that it was ready for pickup, and drove over 20 km to get it. When I arrived, I was told they had mistakenly given my tablet to another customer who had ordered a higher-value model. When they contacted that customer, they learned the box had already been opened. To make things even worse, when I asked if they could offer any form of compensation—like a discount on the upgraded model since the entire situation was their fault—they refused. No solutions, no accountability. And the salespersons’ attitude made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of acknowledging the time and money I wasted driving to the store, they told me, “Don’t worry about your money, you will get it back.” When I explained that my frustration wasn’t just about the refund—that’s the bare minimum they are obligated to do if they fail to deliver the product—the salesperson actually started arguing that he had full rights to cancel my order. Really? After sending me a pickup notification and having me physically show up to get the item? Completely unprofessional. Not only did they inconvenience two customers, but it also felt like they were trying to cover up their mistake. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they later claim the customer never came for pickup or treat it as an open-box return—anything to avoid admitting what really happened. This was an extremely frustrating and disrespectful experience. I would never recommend buying anything from this location.

    I recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max orange colour from Best Buy Albion, and the experience was amazing! The staff provided excellent service, especially Gagan, who is a senior team member. He helped me with everything from transferring my data to explaining all the billing details. Gagan made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that Best Buy management has hired the right person for the job. I’m very happy with my new phone and the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this location!
