  I came to best but to get a laptop because i really needed one for college i was helped by Anas and the store manager they were to kind with helping me find the best laptop for school i really appreciate there help and was grateful to meet them!!

  Exceptional Service at Best Buy Albion Mall – Thank You, Jasmine! I had a wonderful experience today at the Best Buy located in Albion Mall. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, but what truly made my visit special was the outstanding service I received from a sales associate named Jasmine. Jasmine was incredibly sweet, patient, and cooperative. She took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions with a smile, and guided me through my options without any pressure. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and respectful in retail these days. If you're visiting this location, I highly recommend asking for Jasmine—she truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel valued and supported.   Very disappointed with the service at Best Buy Express Albion, Etobicoke. I was told my order would be ready for pickup the next day, but when I went to the store it was closed. When I returned the following day, my order had been cancelled. This item was meant as a gift for my brother who was leaving today, so the timing mattered. If the product wasn’t available or the store couldn’t fulfill the order, it should never have been accepted. This experience wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. Completely dissatisfied with the service and unlikely to purchase from Best Buy again. It wasn’t the fault of the employee

  Terrible service. Ordered something on line and they send me here because it was the closest shop to my home, bad service all over. Then2 employees were quite rude and took forever to get my order. Never ever i will come back here. Terrible for all the other best buys. Ruins your reputation.
