- KCKen C1 day ago5.0Had a great experience here (even though my purchase disappointed and I returned it - the Galaxy S25 takes poor photos). 1) When buying the S25, staff were able to resolve a discrepancy with their in-store price and the online (which had in-store pick-up, aka not an online exclusive). $300 difference. 2) When I discovered the subpar photos, I decided to return the phone. At the checkout counter, an employee named Patrick processed my return. Patrick is: friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. We talked tech while factory reseting the S25 and he was great company and I knew the whole process would be smooth. Despite my S25 not working out, this Best Buy and their staff made my experience fuss-free and I really appreciate it 🙏
