    I visited Best Buy Express at Sherway Gardens after my eSIM was erased during a phone transfer at the Apple Store by their unprofessional staff. The staff at Best Buy Express were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Although the issue was time-consuming and required significant effort to resolve, the team remained patient, supportive, and reassuring. I truly appreciate their assistance and excellent customer service. Thank you Ani!

    Kevin Terrible service: we had online order to pic up Kevin checked order number and our ID’s and went inside for 20 minutes only to come out and take next person in line completely IGNORE us and when we asked him he said oh I don’t know. Then we said you went inside for 20 minutes where is the order he asked the girl next to him how to find it and he disappeared again just walking around the store. Long time everyone working didnt care we spoke to the manger who was standing next to him and watched everything happen and brought the order. It’s a terrible store with terrible staff that don’t care and don’t know what they are doing.

    Wow, what a lovely experience. It was a snowy and rainy day but my day was brightened by Derek. You guys might not know who Derek is and Im here to tell you, he is one of the NICEST employees I have ever met. He not only helped me with my product but also went out of his way to help me set it up and cheered everyone up with his funny humour. If anyone deserves a raise it would be Derek for being himself. Thank you, Great service.

    I had such a great experience at the Best Buy location at Sherway Gardens, and I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Chinem. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and took his time explaining everything about the PS5 orders I placed. He went above and beyond to walk me through all the details, answer my questions, and make sure I felt confident with my purchase. You can tell he truly cares about customer experience, and that made a big difference for me. Thank you, Chinem, for such outstanding service this was a really positive and personal experience!

    TLDR: Staff should do better. I don't think 5 minutes of searching for an item in stock at other stores is going to impact your time chit chatting with your coworkers and scrolling your phone. Lack of customer service. Like many of the reviews suggest but the staff seems to be hit or miss. Went in looking to inquire on an older device (iPhone 14), that is being offered online by Best Buy. The website specifically mentioned to go in store for activation. I asked the staff if they could help search which locations have it available since they told me they do not have it in their store. The staff didn't bother ONCE to check their computers and simply told me they do not have the device in any of the Best Buy locations. One employee proceeded to pull up the same webpage on her phone to try to prove her coworkers point but quickly turned her phone away and did not provide any information that was helpful. Left the store with no solution.
