    So basically me and my friends came in because they’re fans of photography and we were looking at cameras when a sensor came off after just touching it. We then said “we didn’t try to steal we just touched it” in which got replied to by a rude worker “nobody asked”

    Pre-Ordered the new Resident Evil 9 game from best buy and still haven't received it. I watched all my friends receive their pre order games on Friday, and I was so disappointed. Now I'm even more disappointed as I haven't been able to join them in the excitement for over 5 days. I will not be pre-ordering a game from here again. If you want your game on launch day I would consider getting it somewhere else. This has been so disappointing. Update: they aren't sure my pre-order is even coming by Friday! (A whole week late) Funny part is I could have had the game sooner if I didn't pre order. Contacted customer service as well and they told me they couldn't help me and I should just wait as well. Didn't help me look into the delay at all or offer and compensation for the bad service Just really disappointing service all round.

    What a horrible experience. I was looking to make a multi item purchase but needed some help - I wasn't sure which Meta glasses to buy. All of of the Best Buy associates were huddled together socializing, and when I asked for help they looked at me like I was the biggest inconvenience. Someone did come to help but every question I asked, he just looked it up using Google AI, then ghosted me. The Meta display was messy and the sample glasses were filthy - I didn't want to even try them on for the demo. I went to the manager and was met with a dead stare and said that Meta glasses "Are not a major category for us so no one in the store knows anything about them." I was then abandoned at the customer service counter for 10 min until someone did come over and admitted they didn't know know anything about the glasses either, but they could read the Best Buy website to me. Are Best Buy associated not supposed to know the products in store? I left empty handed and will not return to this location.

    We have been at this location several times shopping for different items. This time it was for laundry appliances. We found a set that fit our needs and met with Martin. He was very helpful with information and really knew his product. He really cared about delivering the right products and service to us. In the end we are very happy with our washer/dryer and the service that we received.

    Sadly, the store sold me a non functioning pc by Asus. Neither Best Buy nor Asus stand behind their product. After 6 months of back and forth with Asus including sending in for repair and they sent back NOT REPAIRED. they REFUSE to give me a refund or another pc, they told me to send it in again. DON'T TRUST BEST BUY OR ASUS! Oh, and their customer service at Asus, like robots, it was super super super sad and annoying. I give up, just as they had hoped!
