Poor customer service. My son lost his charger for his Think Pad. I went to Best Buy to purchase a new charger. I am not very good with computers. As such, I took along my son’s laptop when I went to purchase the new charger. At the store, I showed the store employee the laptop and told him I needed a charger. The young man showed me a selection of chargers and I purchased one. At the counter I asked the employee if he was certain the charger would work and he confirmed that it would work. When I arrived home the charger did not work. I returned the following day and a different employee told me that I purchased the wrong charger. He stated I needed a USB-C charger and not the Universal charger which had been purchased. Seeing that I had come in with the laptop and attempted to confirm that I had the correct charger, I was not pleased that I was sold the wrong product and had to return to the store.

Do not trust the estimate given when trading in an electronic device. I had an ipad 10 with a slight mark on one corner which they initially said would be worth $220. When I actually attempted to trade it in, the amount suddenly changed to $62. They blamed Apple ....maybe so, but at least be upfront with that information. That is a very big difference based on a very small imperfection! Not impressed!!

Wanted to buy a set of EarPods but I was told they are non returnable. This is ridiculous, I will buy from Amazon and if Iam not satisfied I can simply return them for 30 days. No wonder in the near future these companies will be non existent . Wake up people.

This place is an official label free qr code purolator drop off location. Went here to drop something off a few days ago and the associates said they didn't offer this and I was supposed to have a label. They more or less let me know they were doing me a favor and this isn't their regular practice, even though best buy and purolators websites state it is. I was still helped which was nice, but was made to feel like an inconvenience and annoyance.
