    Ordered online for a pickup early evening and the order was ready before I even reached the place. I drove 40min in rush away to pick it up because this location had the stock and the service was amazing. I will definitely be back.

    I honestly don’t understand why some employees show so little interest in helping customers. If they don’t want the job, why stay in it? I came in just to return an item, but the staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant. It’s disappointing to see this level of customer service. Businesses should remember that respect and basic courtesy matter

    good store always have stock but far too many employees. I felt like I was being followed around the store, and on top of that every 30 seconds a different worker would come and ask if I needed help which I thought I made clear I didnt as I was wearing headphones. otherwise this store is pretty good

    The Best Buy price match scam....The part # of the product has to be the EXACT same right down to a dash number or letter in the part# or no price matching with competitor's pricing even though its the exact same product. What they dont tell you is most BEST BUY products have an exclusive part only for Best Buy. Dont waste your time.

    I cannot say enough about the friendly knowledgeable helpful staff at the Newmarket Best Buy. From the moment I walked in looking to purchase a new tv, I was greeted by a friendly staff member and taken to the tv expert on hand Alexandra. She was so knowledgeable, and asked all the right questions explained everything and we will now have a tv that suits our home. With anti glare and colour points I know I would not have chosen the right tv for us. These purchases can be so daunting and overwhelming with all the types out there today ! Alessandra also joined us and another staff member very set up delivery and calibration which I highly recommend everyone to have done ! Thank you everyone for helping me make this big purchase ! I will always go back to the Newmarket location ! Which we did and purchased our washer and dryer the next day. Again excellent customer service with Stephen, also knowledgeable helpful and friendly ! How they work with you to ensure everything is explained, products needed and not needed you leave feeling you made the best purchases tailored to you ! Well done Best Buy team Newmarket ! Lisa :)
