As Dave Ramsey says "extended warranties are a total rip-off that only benefit the company that sold it to you.". If you don't want someone to try to rip you off, buy elsewhere and/or make sure you do your research. This store is trying to get into your wallet.

Right, I brought the PC back 7 times and they never solved my issue with mu screens going black, they replaced the video card and still the problems persisted. On the last day of the warranty, I got more issues. Brought the computer in the next day and was told that tge warranty was still active. Got a phone calls from 2 different techs stating that the problems were solved, I ask them to double check and monitor the computer till Friday when I could pick it up. Low and behold when I went to pick it up, no notes or any on what was done to fix it. They said I could take it. No paperwork or anything. I guess now I and completely out of luck. When I hooked the computer up when I got home the problems were still there. No going back to best buy for anything again.
