    The service was poor. The employees were all in the back talking. I spent over 1000 dollars. I think they should get new management to have better customer service. I a really wanted too I could of went my Amazon and got everything at the same price. I did think about walking out. Other people must have and you lost business.

    the GEEK SQUAD. I am old and have problems with setting up my new iPad, from the chaos of previous iPads. The first person to patiently try to get started was TOBY, next day, as the iPad needed to charge, MOE helped me. Today, as l still couldn’t get my email to load, it was MUB. All three of these young persons were extremely patient, courteous, and respectful. They were a pleasure to work with. Many thanks, gentlemen. Incidentally, l also bought two tvs from Best Buy, one of which l wanted to exchange. It was a totally painless experience. Thank you for that, too.

    Unacceptable and Unprofessional Service I am extremely disappointed with hearing about my best friend’s experience at Best Buy. She and her son was explicitly told by Best Buy that their order was lost, yet despite this, they only offered a 20% refund. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If a retailer acknowledges that they lost a customer’s order, the responsibility to resolve that issue — including providing a full refund — should be obvious. Being forced to chase a refund for an order that Best Buy admits they cannot locate is beyond frustrating and reflects very poorly on their customer service standards. As a result of this experience, I will not be shopping at Best Buy moving forward. I would strongly caution others to think twice if they expect accountability when something goes wrong.

    Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Extremely slow workers. I went in to pick up something I had purchased online and it took a half hour for an employee to grab my item and give it to me.

    Unacceptable — Best Buy Lost My $5,000 Order My autistic son saved for this gaming computer and does not understand how this happened and as a mom how do I explain to him how they lost his order. Best Buy lost my $5,000 order and has provided no real answers or solutions. This is completely unacceptable for a company of this size. I’ve been left to chase updates, repeat my story, and wait with no resolution. Customers deserve transparency and accountability—especially when thousands of dollars are involved. This experience has been stressful, time‑ for a clear resolution. I hope the company improves communication and support for situations like this, as it has been a frustrating experience.
