We bought a 75 inch tv at Best Buy and it went on sale a few weeks later for black Friday. It was a significant difference. Brought the receipt in and they honored their price match policy no questions asked. Very impressed with their customer service and would definitely recommend buying from here.

I purchased a phone from Best Buy on January 6th of this year and also enrolled in the Best Buy warranty program, for which I pay over $15 every month. Recently, my phone’s speaker became damaged, so I visited the store to get assistance through my warranty. I first spoke with a team lead who informed me that the repair would be covered and that I would receive a temporary phone to use during the process. Since he was busy, he asked another staff member to explain the details to me. The second associate told me I would need to pay a $250 deductible and that I might receive a repaired or refurbished phone depending on whether the issue could be fixed. I explained that the team lead told me it was fully covered, but he did not agree. I then went to the customer service desk, and the employee there gave me the same information. At this point, I was extremely frustrated—being told to pay a $250 deductible for what is likely a simple $100 repair, especially after already paying nearly $150 in warranty premiums, made no sense. I spoke with two more employees and received the same incorrect explanation. Finally, a staff member named Mr. Carter took the time to check my account properly. He reviewed all my details and confirmed that the issue was fully covered under the Best Buy warranty, since there was no physical damage. He helped set up the repair, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to resolve the situation. However, it took almost 45 minutes and conversations with multiple employees before receiving the correct information—something that should have been clarified within the first 10 minutes. I also had to control my frustration throughout the process due to the lack of product knowledge and customer care shown by several associates. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in Best Buy’s customer service and training standards. Going forward, I will likely take my business elsewhere—such as Vision Electronics or Costco—where I’ve consistently had better experiences. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service for future customers.

The worst geek squad service I’ve ever had. I was promised to have my computer ready in one day. It’s been 2 1/2 days probably going on three no phone calls. You can’t get through the phone. It is a nightmare trying to get anybody in the store you have to physically go there I’ve been there three times. This is the worst service I’ve ever had to deal with. I want to refund and I hope someone gets back to me.

Yesterday I went into this location to return a laptop. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years and this was just a one thousand dollar return. Nolan, the specialist helping me, was excellent. He was clear, respectful, and professional. He explained that because the laptop did not have its box, a manager’s approval was needed. Then stepped in Varsha, the “team leader.” She did not say a single word to me. She just told Nolan they would not accept the return because there was no box. Typically, this kind of situation is easily overridden unless there is a genuine issue or suspicion. I left frustrated that a loyal customer like me was denied a simple return for such a petty reason. Poor Nolan had to take the heat while his team leader Varsha completely avoided any communication or explanation. I requested a call from the general manager the next day and she was incredibly apologetic. I wish I remembered her name. She immediately told me the return was fine and asked me to come back in. When I returned I told Nolan what the GM said, but he could only follow instructions from his team lead. Once again, Varsha refused to communicate or even make eye contact. She simply came over, entered her pin, and walked away. This is not how a leader behaves. Totally unprofessional. Thankfully, Nolan and Stephanie handled things with class, and I appreciate the GM who called me back. Varsha, however, was brutal.
