  Have been there multiple times waiting for geek squad only to leave 20 minutes after no-shows while 8 workers just stand around.

  I recently visited the Best Buy location on Pinebush Road in Cambridge, and I was shocked by how rude the customer service staff were. From the moment I walked in, the employees were dismissive, short-tempered, and downright disrespectful. I was checkjng out a product, instead of helping, they treated me like I was wasting their time. The attitude was condescending and unprofessional – it felt like they couldn’t wait for me to leave the store. Best Buy used to be a place where you could count on knowledgeable and friendly help. This location has clearly lost that completely. Zero effort to assist customers, just pure rudeness. I will never shop at this Pinebush Road Best Buy again, and I strongly recommend everyone avoid it. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

  I visited the Best Buy in Cambridge on March 30, 2026, around 6:00 PM to purchase an Apple Watch Ultra 3. When I noticed that Walmart was offering a lower price online, I asked for a price match. From that moment, the staff treated me as if I was presenting a fake page. The manager who came to assist behaved very rudely, which was shocking. I was surprised that someone in a leadership position could treat a customer this way, as a good leader should set a positive example for their team. When I mentioned that I wanted to buy the watch using a Fairstone card, the manager made comments that felt inappropriate and condescending. She also implied that the price would not change the next day, which came across as dismissive. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and it felt like I was being judged unfairly. I hope Best Buy takes customer service seriously, as this interaction was not acceptable.

  They would not let me return a product that I purchase 2 weeks prior because they said did not match their inventory batch. I showed them both an online and physical receipt at the same time. Their manager reported it was out of their hands and I had to return it to a separate Best buy location. That was 2 hours away.

  Unorganized, staff could have cared less and this may sound insane, but the checkout was difficult and confusing to locate tucked back at the side of the store away from the entrance. It is advertised as Customer Service with the after thought of checkout underneath which took me a hot minute to figure out.
