A big thank you to Aziz and the gentleman who helped my friend - you both were amazing! We really appreciate your support and how smoothly the iPhone purchase went. Just a small note: the wait time was a bit long. I ended up playing Angry Birds on the display phone for about 20 minutes before someone was available to assist us. I completely understand it was likely due to how busy the store was at the time, but thought I'd mention it. Overall, thank you again for the great service and for advocating for us!

I visited this Apple Store to exchange my iPhone 17 Pro for an iPhone Air. My original purchase was made using a prepaid gift card. The staff member, Jenna, processed the refund directly to the gift card without asking or confirming with me first, even though prepaid gift cards cannot accept refunds. This created a failed refund, and now I have to deal with my card issuer to reprocess it — an inconvenience that could have been completely avoided with proper communication. When I tried to point out the issue, the manager’s behavior was shockingly rude. He showed zero respect, refused to listen to my concerns, and defended Jenna instead of taking responsibility. He didn’t apologize, offer a solution, or even explain what could be done — he simply dismissed me and walked away. His attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in the way he spoke to a customer trying to resolve a problem. The correct way this exchange should have been handled: • Confirm with the customer how they want the refund applied. • Offer a store credit / Apple Gift Card if the original payment method cannot accept refunds. • Process the exchange immediately with empathy and professionalism. Apple prides itself on excellent customer service, but this visit was the exact opposite. I hope management addresses this so future customers are not treated rudely and left with unnecessary hassles

Can I give “ZERO STARS” before writing this? 🙂 I went to this store to get my iPhone 17 Pro Max screen replaced. After some rather amusing interactions, the attendant connected my phone to a laptop for a “careful investigation.” The result? They claimed there was liquid damage and said it couldn’t be repaired. I was then advised to speak with a Rogers salesperson about buying a new phone. Being a corporate account, I was redirected to a Rogers store to discuss my options. That raised a red flag for me—so I decided to get a second opinion. On my way, I stopped at another phone repair shop, and within two hours they replaced my screen with a genuine Apple screen and even showed me the repair details under the maintenance section. Moral of the story: Don’t trust anyone blindly!

Sales associate not accommodating with my special needs son. He was not helping anyone when I asked him a question, yet he redirected me to a long line up to register for help. He then saw me following my special needs son around the store and trying to get the attention of another associate for help ASAP and went as far as reprimanding me for not waiting in a very long line to just regisiter for help when the whole reason I went physically into the store was because I was in crisis with my son's communication device (an iPad mini) and he was in need of communicating with me. Note: he knew this when he directed me to this long line. Thankfully another associate picked up on the dire circumstances and came to help me. To the store manager and all managers: Please do a better job at educating your staff on special needs and how to accommodate these very intricate situations that no care giver or non verbal individual should be in.

I am beyond livid. DO NOT GO HERE FOR REFUNDS! Out almost $1,700 because they didn’t process a refund correct. Purchased a phone online that was defective, brought it in store for an exchange. Was advised they couldn’t do an exchange and that I would have to re-purchase the phone and they would refund the other one. This was back in September. Never received my refund. I live 4.5 hrs away and can’t just come into the store. And, since then I have now been dealing with Apple over the phone 4 times and they are giving me the run around like crazy. Incompetent workers all around. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Being told they will do a payment correction re-process the refund, only not to do it and then being told it will be sent to management and yet still no response. I am beyond livid. ZERO STARS. MAKE THAT KNOWN! Shame on you Apple for causing so much stress, and stealing money from hard working people with absolutely no care in the world. Mark my words, if this doesn’t get fixed, I will take you to court.
