  I had a great experience with everyone at the store who helped me, specially John & Robin. John helped me when I first walked in and gave me some great advice but was tied up when I returned from having lunch at the food court. Enter Robin. She was so knowledgeable, honest and overall very friendly to talk to. She wasn’t pushy or dismissive of what my needs vs wants were and at the end I ended up purchasing the iPhone 17. Overall, I had a great experience and everyone was super friendly!

  In store is ok but customer service is not. I was being charged for subscription after not having iphone as for refund as I found out i was being billed threw apple was mislead that I was getting 6 months of refund back but found out that was only 2 months of refunds also was told that they were deactivating my account and blocking payment method which wasn't done

  I had an unpleasant experience with Emily at the Apple Maple View location when I came to collect my laptop. From the beginning, her attitude was rude and dismissive. She was supposed to guide me through the process, but instead interacted in a way that felt unprofessional and unfriendly. As a customer, it felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than someone who had come to receive service. After looking at the reviews for this location, I also noticed several comments from immigrants describing similar experiences. I sincerely hope this is not reflective of a broader issue. Regardless of background, every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.

  I recently was at your store with a Phone Program. Your representative ( Marina ) went out of her way to Help Me. People like Marina are VERY HARD to find!! Thanks Again Marina!!!

  I woke up to an update iOS26.3 and my phone bugged out and kept restarting every 2-3 mins. I got to the Apple store in Mapleview mall at 10am without an appointment, they explained very clearly an approx. range of the expected wait time, they were within 5-10 mins of that time which is totally fine as I just walked in without an appt. I got help from Torrin, who gave really outstanding service to my issue, I had a complicated issue which required parts to be replaced on my almost new iPhone 17 pro max, he not only took his time with me, was super polite, cordial, and quick. He kept constant communication with me the whole time, I ended up spending three hours in this store and no one gave me attitude or any passive aggression. I know it sounds like it should be expected but service is everything to me and it's not expected in todays marketplace. This store is a great example of Apple's idea of customer experience. Last note, Torrin, Torrin, and Torrin. He is a fantastic rep and should be acknowledged as such, I hope he is. Cheers man. Thanks again.
