  I had such a great experience at this Best Buy! The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me find the right phone case. They were patient, cooperative, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I’ve honestly never had customer service this good before. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Truly such an amazing team!

  Customer service in here couldn’t be worse!! Store manager and the staff at order pick up had such careless customer service. When I was there for my order pickup there was no one on the lines however 2 people were being served. Suddenly customers showed up on the other lines and the lady there started serving those that came after me. Even when I told her that I was here before anyone else, she just disrespected and continued serving them. So unacceptable!! Now many started lining up behind me too and the gentleman behind me asked to go to the counter for pick up. Now when I wanted to talk to the manager only I learned that one of the persons serving there is the manager. He monitored everything but never wanted to do the proper job in terms of customer service. So arrogant, he even lied to me fully covering up his unethical staff. He argued with me by making up a lie and raised his voice in a yelling tone at me, instead of listening to my complaints. He showed that he is with his staff regardless of how bad the customer service they provide. I was so badly treated. Such a rude store, everyone here needs customer service training!!!

  The staff are excellent but the problem is there are never enough on shift. Ever. I have been here dozens of times, as I have a home office and I have bought everything from Best Buy, and every single time there was never any floor staff. I have to pull someone off cash, and usually takes about 20 mins minimum before help arrives. Not once has a floor staff ever come up and asked if I needed help because there are never any. Shame on the managers of this site for CHRONICALLY understaffing their employees.

  Karamveer and Aninek are the absolute best team working together!!!! Got my new phone and plan last night they were the best honestly 110% experience I reccomend to anyone wanting to get a new phone with transfer go to them!! Very nice and efficient with time management💯sooo happy overall, you guys are beyond blessed to have these two as employees! Thank you sooo much <3
