    I have had 2 fantastic experiences here this week. My cell phone needed a Sim card. I got one. An error occurred not their fault. I went back. They (Michael) spent a good hour problem solving. I decided to change my carrier to fix the problem. They set me up and made my day with a gift card to offset the money I had put out with my old carrier. What a nice surprize. Thank you.

    Best Buy used to be a human-first company, but my interaction tonight was far from that. I came in to return a pair of defective headphones, but before I could even speak to a customer service rep, Tristan (who’s apparently a manager - but he wasn’t in uniform) was IMMEDIATELY hostile. He stopped me while I was in line to ask what I was returning and why, and before I could explain anything, he was more than happy to turn me away as if I was being disruptive or a problem. I wasn’t even at the desk yet! Luckily, I was able to speak with Laura, who was significantly more social and personable and kind. She’s the only reason for any positive numbers or stars on this review. Not sure what kind of high horse the team has their managers on, but this was a foul experience in a world where we can get anything online. Do better, Tristan!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Diego I recently visited Best Buy and had the pleasure of being helped by Diego, and I have to say he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went out of his way to help me find exactly what I needed. Diego explained everything clearly, offered great recommendations, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. It’s rare to come across someone who cares that much about customer experience, and it really showed. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Diego. Best Buy is lucky to have him, amazing service all around.

    Just Walking out of store 2nd day in a raw and almost spent 3 hours. Reason for visiting was clear I selected my desktop and everything else within 15 mins. Yesterday they had another reason whichd didn't let the transaction happen today they have something else. The tower I was buying was 1500$ and they have it here as demo but do not have stock so they wanted me to buy 1800$ tower after wasting my 4 hours. Store manager Sadat is really arrogant and wasn't even genuinely trying to help, He just repeated what their associates said. Taylor was helpful somewhat but couldn't do much. Worst Best buy store so far. They responded but there was no help offered just pure ignorance of customers time money and trust.

    My first review for the Brantford best buy, and I guess my complaint is what I have experienced lately at the Brantford brick. Sales people who have absolutely no knowledge of the product they are selling to a customer. They are interested in just getting the customer to buy . My 87 year old father was at your Brantford best buy this week. He was shopping for a tv. As we all know seniors have little knowledge even how to use a cell phone. You sold this man a LG OLED B5 4K Smart tv. They only 2 apps he streams is Sportnet and youtube. When I question him he told me the sales women did not ask the usual questions a person who is selling electronics should ask. eg what are you primarily using the tv for? This sales woman didn't even know how to turn this tv on so he could take a look at the picture. He doesn't need a television with AI. There are much better user friendly televisions at your store the sales people could have suggested, had they done their job. I have spent the last 3 days assisting an 87 year old with operating the remote control, and turning off options on the tv he will never use. Now my dad feels he is stuck with a tv he absolutely regrets purchasing. His reason for purchasing this particular tv, it was on sale at $600 off, sale price $999. . ...Best buy needs to do better.
