Was in from out of town on work and had to get few things for work, after being ignored by a few sales associates I was greeted at the solutions desk by Alice. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in suggestions for what I was looking for or finding alternative options. Despite her having had just dealt with a rude customer she still greeted me with a smile and helpful positive attitude.

I purchased an insignia fridge back in June of 2025 from best buy online. About 2-3 months into having the fridge it stopped working. Spoiled all my food.
Called customer service at the end of November asking for a new fridge based on the warranty and they said I qualified for a new fridge. It’s now been over a month and there has been no follow up or delivery confirmation. I’ve called over 5 times and there seems to be no end into solving this simple issue.
Very disappointed with the customer service.

Spent thirty minutes waiting to see a single employee in the store but they were all too busy working behind the same desk for mobile phones. Then checkout took way longer than it should have because there was only two people running it while the rest crowded around the mobile desk. Save your time, buy elsewhere.

Brutal service!!!! Was the early Dec to purchase and electric guitar for an Xmas gift.,...Took forever (and no the the store was not busy at all). My GF was there a week later go to get a computer gaming chair and stood there for 20 mins with not one acknowledgment. So she push the large box to the till by herself and to the car and was still offered Zero help.
Today against my better judgement we returned to purchase a dishwasher and had to ask 4 times for help......Was told by a guy actually doing nothing that we're to bust to help right now!!!! Half an hour later we left the store and purchased the same dishwasher at Home Depot and they went out there way and where more then happy to help and to take our $1000...They price matched plus 10%
and gave us free delivery. I won't be back in that store location......

If zero stars were an option, that is what this Best Buy deserves. I came here to switch from Public Mobile to Fido, and the level of incompetence I experienced was staggering. The staff provided dangerously wrong advice twice.
First, a Best Buy representative told me to simply throw away my old SIM card—if I had listened to this negligence, I would have lost everything since the transfer wasn't even complete after 24 hours of wait. Second time I went, they lied about the transfer time, I asked the rep several times and she kept promising a switch 'within minutes.' Instead, I was left stranded without data or service for over 24 hours again while paying for a Fido contract I couldn't even use. I came to Best Buy expecting professional help; instead, I got bad advice and a complete headache. Avoid their mobile department at all costs.
