We visited the appliances section with questions about several products and spoke to multiple staff members, but none were able to provide basic information. We were told someone knowledgeable would come to help us, but no one did. After waiting more than 30 minutes, we went to the desk and were told that only two associates were available and they were busy with other customers. It’s extremely frustrating that the entire appliance section was staffed by only two people, while other employees lacked any knowledge about the appliances. “We strongly discourage anyone from buying anything from this place”…!!!
