  🚨MIS-SELLING,UNPROFESSIONAL,HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 "Terrible customer service by ARSHAD one of the most unprofessional customer representative at Best Buy Express 😡. Overcharged me and added a random device return plan. When I brought it up, they were dismissive and unhelpful 🙅‍♂️. Not recommended 🙅‍♂️.I haven’t have choice to give negative ratings otherwise will mark them -100.

  Had a very unpleasant experience here. First of all I waited 30 minutes in line behind a customer being helped to buy a new phone. The representative, Anmol, did not even acknowledge that there was another customer in line and took all her time and waited until it hit closing time to be done with the customer. I thought I would be helped next but she did not even care to ask if we needed help even though she saw us multiple times waiting in line. Instead other customers who came after closing time were helped. I cannot help but feel this is racially motivated since nobody in that store was speaking english and they heard that i was not speaking their language. At last someone else came to help me and got me a "deal" of 110$ per month while the customer just before me was offered $60 deal for the same phone. All I can advise is if you are not brown save yourself the trouble and dont visit this location. I then went to another location and was offered a $74 deal along with many other perks. I was very astonished since the Brampton trinity location told me they had the $110 everywhere else and nothing better. If they did not want to look after customers and wanted to go home, just let us know and we wouldn’t waste time

  I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Divya. She is very humble, kind, and extremely hard-working. She took the time to help me properly and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Excellent customer service, Best Buy is lucky to have her!

  Customer service at Best Buy was very good. The staff was polite and friendly. They were patient and made sure I understood everything clearly. Service was quick and professional, and overall it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely visit this location again. Once again, I am really thankful to Divya for her support .She explained everything clearly and made my experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service.
