    Very bad experience...... In this store everything is unprofessional, Employees are speaking different languages, even store smells bad, Garbage bin is full of Garbages and no one care about it. You will feel you are in some other country, Not in Canada. Suggestions - You can train better to employees in Canadian way and need more cleaning in store to welcome locals.

    Worst customer service for online pick up. Customer service folks are not properly trained but they are doing their best. The managers are worst ones I have ever seen on this location and they will try everything to send you off to someone else. Customers don't matter even if they want to buy expensive products.

    I bought a laptop two years ago, only to find out yesterday that I subscribed to an annual geek squad membership. This happened when I was reviy my credit card and saw a best buy withdrawal, I was unaware of this subscription since it was never communicated to at the time of purchase. When I looked at the receipt, I saw the hidden subscription. When I called to dispute, I was told to go to the store in person, of which I did, upon speaking to a geek squad representative, he was very demeaning and extremely rude, ended up not being helpful at all. I had to call and cancel this hidden subscription, thank God I'll never have to deal with Bestbuy again after this awful treatment. Please train your geek squad on how to deal with human beings.

    I bought a camera as a gift, first, I had a very unpleasant time getting help until I flagged someone to help me and they told me someone else would help me. Then, I asked again until someone showed up to help. Unfortunately, the person did not want the camera and prior to gifting it, I opened to double check that everything was intact. I went today to return it as the person did not want it and the cashier told me that since it was opened, there will be a restock fee, the camera I purchased was over $1,000 so I ended up being charged $150 for a restock fee so basically extra money for BEST BUY and me as a customer losing $150 for NOTHING. Everything was returned the way it was the day I bought it. I was told by the cashier that it was on the receipt, however, if this “special fee” applies to cameras and camera lens then I think the customer should be told because I didn’t even get the receipt AFTER I had already bought it. Absolutely no one told me about the RESTOCK FEE when they helped to unlock the door to get the camera and no one told me at the cash register, if anything, without me asking, the person who originally cashed me out told me only “by the way you have 30 days to return” and that’s it. Who in their right mind would buy a camera as a gift knowing there’s a chance you’ll be charged $150 so then they can be charged $150 FOR NOTHING. I understand if there was damages or things were missing but I returned everything in the way I bought it. So I am here to highlight that BEST BUY will charge you a 15% RESTOCKING FEE if you buy a CAMERA and later return it if they decide it’s opened so beware and if you’re not sure about the camera or camera lens, beware that you will be taking chances on getting charged $150 if you buy a camera similar to the one I bought. I will never again take a chance on anything at Best Buy and the best way of doing that is no longer buying from here and buying from other tech stores instead. The worst experience as a customer where I lost my money for NO REASON. To anyone, think twice before purchasing cameras or camera lens at Best Buy because this could mean losing a lot of your money as a customer.
