    i so wish there was a 0 star review option. i bought something with my card. i go back the next day to return it as i found the exact product cheaper online. they’re telling me “oh we can’t return it cause you don’t have to right card”. mind you, i have one card… it was very much the same card. then the woman decides to cut me off mid sentance and walk away as i’m telling her it’s the same card trying to claim i’m “arguing”. she lacks basic customer service and respect.

    I waited in the drone section for over half an hour, and several customer service reps kept sending me from one place to another, repeatedly saying it wasn’t their department—even though they clearly weren’t busy. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help. On top of that, the store manager was nowhere to be found. This experience was extremely frustrating and felt like a complete waste of time visiting this store.

    I bought a laptop from this particular location and unfortunately it has some problem. When I visited there the guy name Nihar spoke to me in very unprofessional way and even the sales person named Adarsh he gave false information just for selling the stuff and when I explained them my concern instead of sorting an issue they behaved very badly; and just said talk to the same guy who helped us initially; very bad experience; never gonna refer to anybody:

    NEVER AGAIN. Best buy .CA is a scam As it turns out, I purchased off the Best Buy website, I paid Best Buy, But the product was coming from a third-party. Third-party courier did not schedule any type of drop off so I had to take time off work to receive. After Paying to have the TV installed, It turns out it’s defective. Now I have to pay to have the TV removed and send it back to the third-party seller before receiving a refund. Best Buy is not doing anything in regards to the EXTRA cost their third-party seller has cost me and won’t even discount a new TV if I try to buy directly from them nor will they have geek squad installed for free. As it turns out spending $1000 with Best Buy means nothing these days. Zero pride in their reputation, zero customer service. Once this is all dealt with, I will never spend my money with them again. Absolutely horrible experience right before Christmas I decided to add to this because BestBuy responded acting all concerned publicly. I spent HOURs on the phone with customer service, both dealing with customer service and escalation. If BestBuy is really concerned I’ll hear back from them. I’ve done my due diligence. It was your disgusting customer service that’s landed us here. If you really want to fix things MY NUMBER is readily available in your system.
