In-person and over the phone, the associates ars helpful and polite. It's not the biggest location but five stars for the staff. Most locations have super friendly and helpful staff.
They also sometimes have great sales going on, but you have to search for what youre looking for while a sale is going on or things will sell out and you miss it. The sales are great though

Just to be clear .. it was not return department who gave me Amazon or google example .
i asked him what should i do .. these ear buds had a problem .. . it was random sales guy who gave me Amazon example .. it felt so wrong to me that I came out of Best Buy with a mind to never go Best Buy again .. 50 percent of your workforce is very helping .. but 50 percent just repels customer .. that what is noticed from last one year .. this is my last reply .. thanks

Got Bose earbuds from best buy around eight months back, now they had some problem , went to them for solution or repair , he said call bose company ,we only sell their product ,
I said where is that , he said find on internet. I said can you guys check whats the problem ..he said 60 dollars fees just to check ...no repair done here .. .
This is first and last time buying from best buy ...I always buy products from cosco ..this is first time i bought from best buy ... if we have to google the solution ..its good to buy from bose or lg or any company website rather than best buy ..we buy products from hard earned money.
Solution - Next time customer come for repair ..please give him good advice ,, dont tell to search on google or give amazon example .i bought from you not from amazon .
...take the product ,get it repaired with cost ,,or give sensible reply ..
dont take it as bad review ..please take it eye opening msg with change in policy .

RITA AND HER TEAM, HAD TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ME PLEASE BE AWARE! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Buy regarding a Samsung Odyssey G7 monitor purchase. During my return period, instead of properly addressing my concerns, I felt brushed off and pushed toward purchasing Geek Squad protection. I was told that if I wanted support, I would need to buy Geek Squad — and not only pay for the plan itself, but also pay a deductible on top of that. That simply does not make sense when the product itself is defective.
The representative insisted the monitor was not the issue and claimed the problem was with the devices I had plugged into it. I spent a significant amount of time dealing with other manufacturers’ customer service trying to troubleshoot, only to later discover there is a worldwide lawsuit regarding this specific monitor model. I was also informed that Samsung had acknowledged serious issues and that the product should have been pulled from shelves.
To make matters worse, I am currently battling cancer and was not physically well enough to go back and forth arguing in store. Instead of being treated with understanding or basic respect, I felt dismissed. Manager Rita was particularly unhelpful and hid behind “store policy,” even though her representatives had clearly misinformed me from the beginning. I was even told that if I purchased another monitor, I would be required to buy Geek Squad or they “wouldn’t do anything.”
We spent nearly $1,000 on a product that does not function as advertised. This entire situation has been exhausting and unacceptable.
If this matter is not resolved properly, I am fully prepared to pursue this through Small Claims Court.
I expected better customer service and accountability from Best Buy

Do not get phone plan here they completely complicated two of our phone plans here for no reason. Changed our number without telling us. Each person you go to don't even tell you best plans they all will say something different. Everything else seems okay
