    I recently got a new mobile connection, and I’m very satisfied with the service provided by the sales representative (sachin). They were polite, knowledgeable, and explained all the plans clearly without rushing me.

    I would give zero star if possible, i had a terrible experience with Sachin . I was looking for a leased phone deal,Sachin was trying to help me but before proceeding i told him my credit score is low can i get approved or no? He was like no worries you gonna get approved,we will try with Bell they have something amazing deals going on. When he ran my information through his system at the end he was like you have to make over $500 down payment to get the phone but i was looking for zero down payment. I even told him i am already with rogers looking to get deal with rogers and have a zero dollar down payment offer from rogers. At the end he was like you can try with rogers now their store is down the hall. I have a request to the store please teach your service representatives to listen to what customers say and not to play with their credit score.

    I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this place. The staffs were not accommodating and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I had to wait longer than expected just to get basic help. On top of that, the 3 Indian staffs did not seem well-trained or knowledgeable about their own promos, which made the experience even more frustrating. Customers should be able to rely on staff for accurate information, but that was not the case during my visit. Good customer service should be welcoming, attentive, and respectful, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and customer interaction, because this level of service is not acceptable.

    I recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro from Shehryar, and I have to say that the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the very first interaction, he was extremely polite, professional, and attentive, answering all my questions and guiding me through the process without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me the most was his follow-up. As soon as my phone was ready for pickup, he personally updated me and made sure he would be available to assist me when I arrived at the store. That level of care and dedication is rare these days and truly made me feel valued and special throughout the process. On top of that, I genuinely liked his smile—it’s friendly, reassuring, and made the whole experience even more pleasant. I was lucky enough to be attended by you Shehryar. Thank you.
