The visit to Best Buy express was pleasant , got chance to interact with Maulin who not only helped us to get the good a deal with Bell but also went above and beyond for the new phone setup and porting.I would highly recommend this place if you wish to get a new phone or plan.

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy Express, thanks to Maulin. I was having trouble getting my number transferred through online customer service, but he handled everything smoothly and professionally.
The best part was that Maulin made sure I got the best deals available. He helped me find a high-speed, pocket-friendly plan that suited my needs perfectly.
He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. The overall customer service was excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming.
I would highly recommend Best Buy Express over other phone stores for their great deals, strong internet plans, and outstanding customer service. Maulin truly went above and beyond!

Great service. Especially thanks to Maulin who literally helped throughout the process of getting home internet. Even after so many issues he supported me through multiple calls and facilitated me best deal. A great person who literally workship his work and go out of way to help customers
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your store during the March promotional period.
During our visit, we worked with a representative, Maulin, to activate multiple lines. Unfortunately, the process was handled in a rushed and careless manner. Two of the lines were opened with an incorrect apartment number, which has since created confusion and inconvenience.
More concerning, without my knowledge or consent, an additional credit check was performed for 1 line when I had clearly requested that all 3 lines be consolidated under a single account. This action was neither explained nor authorized, and I only became aware of it days later when reviewing my account details and receiving notifications regarding multiple credit inquiries on the same day.
This lack of transparency and attention to detail is unacceptable, particularly when it involves sensitive personal and financial information.
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately and immediately.
Based on this experience, I would not be recommending this location to others.
I hope steps are taken to ensure better communication, accuracy, and professionalism.
