  I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy. An employee named Sonika misled me about a SIM port and recharge plan. She clearly told me the cost would be around $30–$35, but after porting my SIM, I was charged $60 instead. This is not acceptable. Customers rely on staff for accurate information, and giving false details just to make a sale is completely unprofessional. I feel cheated and frustrated with how this was handled. Sonika lying lady I would not recommend trusting such promises without written confirmation. Very poor service experience.

  WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM BESTBUY. Ordered an xbox game online. Case came with damage. Tried to return - not allowed. Exchange was allowed - but had to pay "online fee" of $10 to get it delivered. Unacceptable. Absolute scam. PLEASE AVOID.

  Had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to Adarsh! He was super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me to the best option without any pressure. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Highly recommend asking for Adarsh if you visit—he truly goes above and beyond!

  I specifically went to get a new protective screen cover for my phone. I had to wait a bit while other customers were served but had expected that. I was served by the assistant lead manager, who was very helpful and polite. He made getting my cover very easy for me and I really appreciated that. I also spoke to a tall gentleman in the TV area who was able to help me with an issue I'd been having with my new fire stick that I purchased there. This gentleman was extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure to explain how to fix my issue. He went out of his way to make sure that I understood, even showing me how to find it on my phone when I got home, and let me take a picture of his screen so that I would not have a problem afterwards. I would definitely recommend this location due to the service I received.
