- KRKevin RobertsonFeb 7, 20262.0Went to Belleville store to purchase a Google streaming device that was on sale, they checked and said while they didn’t have any there were some at the Best Buy Express at the Quinte Mall. Before leaving I asked the sales person whether the Express location would honour the 15% off when turning in another streaming device. He confirmed twice that they would. Went to Express location and they said they wouldn’t honour the 15% off because they are not really a Best Buy location. Went to Staples and bought it instead. Best Buy needs to get their story straight or do better training.
