She explained all our options that were available to us and made sure my wife knew everything before we went ahead with the new phone. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting a great experience and honest sales person so go in and ask for mobile "J".

Brought it back to the store and the guy (Jason) told me there’s nothing they can do without a receipt (it’s a Christmas gift). Called customer service and got told if I didn’t pay extra for their extended warranty there’s nothing they can do and to contact the manufacturer. They’re willing to take your money without issue, but no one is willing to help when there’s an issue with their product. Better dealing with Amazon, at least they stand behind their products and their agents actually provide help and resolution without paying extra
