  Absolutely terrible customer service. Best Buy kept giving me the runaround for my printer repair and never provided a clear written update or proper follow-up. I wasted my time with multiple visits and calls, only to be pushed in circles between the store and customer service. They suggested store credit, which I do not want. After this experience, I do not trust this company and do not want to buy from them again. I paid for protection, but when I actually needed help, the process was frustrating, slow, and completely unhelpful. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Best Buy for after-sales service or repair support.

  It’s been a month, and my order keeps getting returned and rescheduled. It’s extremely inconvenient, and Best Buy has provided me with false information 3–4 times without taking any responsibility. Every time, I have to call them back to find out why this is happening. This was my third experience with Best Buy, and all of them were horrible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY — it’s just a waste of time and money.

  I am a loyal Best Buy customer for years. I come to Best Buy for my TV's, phones, games, etc. My experience at the Aurora store was the WORST EXPERIENCE ever at a Best Buy location. The staff were hyper aggressive to make me buy things immediately. A few were very rude and even insulting when I shopped around. Maybe their problem is they were not busy and worried about their employment or something. The rudeness and insults were unacceptable. I recommend the usually wonderful stores in other locations. Aurora Best Buy is a horrible location!!! GOOD-BYE!!!!
