    “} Dear Best Buy Corporate Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an incident that occurred at one of your store locations concerning a MacBook I purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. Upon opening the device, we discovered that it was defective. Based on Best Buy’s return and exchange policy, the product should have been inspected and, if necessary, replaced. Unfortunately, when I returned to the store to address this matter, I was met with highly unprofessional behavior from the store manager, whom I believe is named JD. The manager refused to examine the device and spoke to me in a dismissive and discourteous manner. This conduct was both inappropriate and unacceptable, particularly for someone in a managerial position. As a loyal customer, I found this experience extremely disappointing and inconsistent with the customer service standards Best Buy claims to uphold. I respectfully request the following: • A formal investigation into this incident • Appropriate corrective action regarding the manager’s conduct • A fair resolution in accordance with Best Buy’s return and exchange policy I have retained all purchase documentation and am prepared to provide any necessary information upon request. I trust that Best Buy values its customers and will address this matter promptly and professionally. I look forward to your response and an appropriate resolution.

    Geek Squad is a scam I paid $100+ to get my liquid damaged laptop cleaned and he said he will do it all but the next day I came to pick up he told me that there policy didn’t allow them to open the laptop up and clean it so they only cleaned the keyboard and bottom and charged $100 for it. They should’ve told me beforehand about the policy please avoid!

    This was the worst experience in my life. I approached two male agents in the mobile shop. After 1.5 hours of their service, I realized that they were the most incompetent and unprofessional workers I have ever dealt with. I wanted to report the matter to their store manager Courtney right away. I was told that Courtney was on the phone. How convenient? So, I left my name and number for her to call me to share my disgusting experience with her staff. Guess what? You know who called me??? Correct, absolutely NOBODY!!! Do yourself a favor, do not spend your time and money on dealing with this store's ignorant and incompetent workers. EDIT Dec 27, 2025: Dear business owner, I expected nothing less than your cliche reply to my terrible shopping experience at your store. In case you did not read my original review, here is what I wrote:"I left my name and number for Courtney to call me to share my disgusting experience with her staff." So, if you REALLY wanted to talk to me, you would have called me by now. This is yet another example of your terrible customer care and operations.

    I went into this store because the Bell store wouldn't help me with my bill changes. They recommended I go to BestBuy because they "couldn't do it at the Bell store level". Nas came to our rescue. Her patience, professionalism and incredible customer service changed my entire mood from frustrated to happy and confident in my purchase. She truly went above and beyond with SEVERAL calls to Bell to rectify issues with the account and help get me setup the way the Bell store said they couldn't. Her coworker Ray also created a fun atmosphere with great friendly conversation and it was helpful to pass the time as I was in there for a few hours due to the changes required for our bill. I will strictly be returning back to that Aurora store for any and all BestBuy needs. Way to go to whoever hired those two as they know how to interact and really create a personable experience for the customer. Thank you again, Nas and Ray!

    In order a 54” tv they told me I would receive it 3 to 5 days It’s been two weeks haven’t heard anything. I called the customer service. They told me after an hour talking to them that I must go to the store to get my refund. I went to the store and after an hour standing there, they told me that they had to open up a case file that was lost. I’d have to wait another week or two before I get my refund. Lies on top of lies. This is the worst place ever. If you want stress and frustration, come to Best Buy. So it’s Tuesday Dec 16th since I did not receive a call I decided to call customer service again. I just have to say that they don’t know what they’re talking about. They told me that my refund is available and to go back to the store for a full refund. When I told her that this is what you told me last week and after heading to the store I was not able to get my refund. She put me on hold, came back and told me that I don’t have a refund yet. Then came the phone call form the store. Letting me know that they still can’t find the missing TV . They are still going to hold My money and keep me hostage. But good news for me, she told me that they have escalated this to Senior staff. This should get the ball rolling. Why would they have any urgency to help. They have my money they have the TV and I’ve got nothing. Customer service at its best. Well, done, Best Buy! This is unbelievable!!!
