    The store refused to accept my cash payment, claiming they didn’t have enough change. I don’t even have a bank card to use. It’s unbelievable that a business can’t even provide basic service like this. Very disappointing experience.

    They really don’t try to help you as a customer. I placed an online order and was told I needed ID to pick it up, I presented the credit card I paid with as it also has my face, and name on it, and was told it doesn’t qualify. My card was still charged and they wouldn’t release my item.

    I am very disappointed with this store. I was renovating my kitchen, and purchased a package of Dishwasher, Oven and Fridge. When delivered the fridge had a large dent in the door from the people moving it. I called, and they took weeks to get back to me with any solution. I was happy if they just replaced the door. Instead, they claimed they had to replace the entire fridge. This took more than two months to be completed. Then, the story gets worse. The fridge they exchanged with broke down completely in a few months. I called BestBuy and they just said "sorry its past our 30 day return policy." Complete bogus. They sold a $3000.00 fridge that did not work, and thumb their nose at the problem. instead, they defer me to deal with Samsung directly. Oh boy. That has been a rollercoaster ride. After two years of sending technicians to do "leak tests" and "spot repairs" the unit keeps breaking down as it has internal leaks of the refrigerant. After losing hope with Samsung, I went back to this store, praying and hoping that some honesty and genuine help would be available. Instead, as I told my story, I could tell they just rolled their eyes and knew they were going to just ignore what I said and give me the robotic "unfortunately we cannot help you, deal with Samsung." I would have thought Best Buy would at least be concerned hearing a company who they give considerable floor space is completely messing with one of their customers, that they would intervene, help me out, and take it up with Samsung. They do enough business with Samsung, and when they see Samsung is being unfair, that's where a retailer like BestBuy should step up, use its negotiating position and help. No - none of that was offered. I even asked the store manager if he could pass my complaint up the latter. I did not get any promise or assurance. Instead, he actually hung up on me before I was done talking. So here I am with a brand new $3,000 fridge which never worked properly, and just being told "too bad can't help you." I will be seeking proper legal recourse on this, not just to advocate for myself, but to also advocate for probably the 100 other people this has been done to. Do not give this store business. Shame on you. EDIT: Subsequent to BestBuy's response below which states they are "investigating this", if you note their response below simply forwards me to Bestbuy "contact us". All that does is sends me to the same 1-800 number customer service desk that has been unhelpful in the past. I ask BestBuy to be genuine in its response to this review, and contact me directly rather than tell me to go call a 1-800 number. I also intend to follow up with the details of this "internal investigation" that you state has been initiated in your response below. I am concerned your response is purely to make observers think you have done something to resolve this. I will continue editing this review so they can see when a result actually occurs. This will not be swept under a rug.

    I had an amazing experience at Best Buy Aurora thanks to Nastaran. We arrived very close to closing time, but she was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping us. She went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for, and her product knowledge—especially regarding the PS5—was outstanding. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. In one sentence: we were truly lucky to have her assist us. I highly recommend asking for Nastaran if you visit this location—she will make your shopping experience exceptional!
