  Five stars is not enough for the incredible experiences I've had at Best Buy in Ajax! The incredible help, the follow through and updates while my home went through some renovation delays, the kindness, the support and the incredible teamwork I've witnessed here are just a few of the wonderful things I've appreciated so much with this store and team! Ken the store Manager, showed me SO MUCH kindness during a difficult time... a complete stranger to me, Ken went out and bought flowers after learning I had lost a pet days before. I did a post on facebook about it at the time, and family and friends couldn't believe the kindness I was shown that day !! -- From there, Fizal has been SO incredibly great to deal with, helping me with TV purchases and delivery delays when my home renovation came to a halt. Fizal has been such a HUGE support even taking time during his days off to follow up with me, providing an update... and on two occasions staying late to help me in the store !! - Naveed and Adam have also been so incredible, kind, and supportive during my visits to the store... Each of these individuals have continued to support and update each other... and I can't believe what a well coordinated, thoughtful, and kindhearted team this is to deal with !! The group has continued to go above and beyond any, and all, expectations !! Most recently we had a new TV installed into a newly built-in TV wall in our basement. Brandon, Daryl and Jerico from Geek Squad couldn't have done a better job getting the TV completely centered into such a precise space !! This team was professional, clean, and careful with the installation... and the gorgeous calibration work and overview to follow was so very much appreciated !! I would highly recommend Best Buy in Ajax and their incredible team for any TV or home purchases and installations !!! THANK YOU ALL so much for your hard work and dedication !! I look forward to all future interactions and purchases with you !!

  Had a horrible customer service experience at the store today. I had no greeting from an employee I was ignored most of my 20 minutes in the store!!! I chose to leave without Spending my money, bc of this horrible customer experience!

  Horrible! Walked in and felt the darkness immediately. No customer service in there at ALL! So many staff but such a lack of basic customer service. Maybe it is a lack of understanding basic customer service demeanor but just horrible. I would not buy anything from this location and give them my commission.

  The delivery company for BestBuy called Metro is horrible. Buyer beware. They come to your door and don't ring your bell. Instead they call you from an strange nunber leave no message and no text (scam calls anyone?). If you don't answer they mark you as unavailable. BestBuy cannot reroute your online order to a local store they ask you instead to contact the delivery company. The delivery company Metro does not answer calls, their voice mail is full and they don't answer emails. Horrible experience and shame on BestBuy. I will never order anything online ever again and I spent good money on the laptop order.What supposed to be a joyous experience turned to a very frustrating one. Thanks BestBuy maybe you should stop being cheap and hire a professional delivery company!
