    I recently had an outstanding experience at the Best Buy Ajax location that truly exceeded all expectations. The team demonstrated commitment and professionalism that deserves the highest praise. My transaction required more time than anticipated, and the team willingly stayed well past the store's closing time—until 11:00 PM—to ensure our deal was completed perfectly. This level of accommodation is incredibly rare and profoundly appreciated. Throughout the process, the helpful guidance on all the products was phenomenal. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we left with exactly what we needed. They are, without a doubt, the "A Team."     Total ripoff and scan they are running instore price is different on shelf and and different at checkout i have added pictures of the different prices for same thing Product A shelf price 59 , at checkout counter 192 Product B shelf price is 139 on website is 159 and manager told me i will give $10 discount Same for product C 149 on shelf and 179 at checkout How can someone shop at bestbuy and were saying we don’t know who stocked that products up there rather than honouring the price they were blaming customer might have done that to get it at a cheaper price who have that much time to move all the items like stocking 5-6 items at a same place for 3 products

    I've given this bestbuy multiple chances as it's the one closest to me. Every time I place a store pickup it takes hours to get an email where Whitby or Oshawa always within 30 minutes have it ready. 3 times in the past 2 months now I've placed a pickup in store and waited 4+ hours before going in to check status myself. Every time this has happened they tell me the item is not in stock. I've gone each time without leaving picked it up and brought it right to them the exact item that's "not in stock" and purchased it. Not sure if it's lazy People or a poor system unable to find stuff that's on their shelves in stock but I'd rather go a city or two over to at least not deal with it.

    Best Buy is not what it used to be. But that’s mostly because of Amazon and the decline of dvds and cds. This store isn’t bad and usually has what I want to pick up. My only suggestion is that managers advise their cashiers to not be chewing gum while helping customers. It looks extremely unprofessional. Even my 14 year old daughter who was with me mentioned it afterwards. Two female cashiers. One chewing like a cow chewing cud, and the other chewing as well, but not quite as obvious. An older male (manager?) was with them and didn’t seem to care. I worked retail for four years. That would never have been acceptable in my store. It’s a little thing, sure. And the lady that checked me out was very nice, and engaging. Just lose the gum.
