  I almost left the store empty handed but Adam saved the day!! I thought the item I wanted was out of stock, but he found the last box for me. Also, shoutout to Daniel! He was very knowledgeable about additional products I was interested in. Thank you to both of you :)

  **Using my boyfriends account to review ** This past Saturday my trade up contract was up with freedom and so I visited Best Buy Ajax to get my new phone and start a new one . I was very pleased with nadeem and all of his customer service he had to make this long experience a great one (3 hours to be exact) . From start to finish nadeem was on point , never got flustered and was so understanding about my situation. Not only did he offer water and chairs to sit down so that we can be comfortable but even was asking his other co workers for help if he didn’t have the answers . Thanks again nadeem and Adam from geek squad for helping me out and getting me all set up with my 17 pro max I absolutely love it and every minute was worth it . These guys deserve a promotion:)

  I had such a great experience thanks to J’nai! I was having trouble with a new device and she was so helpful, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is both knowledgeable and so friendly!
