  I came into the store the other day to get help with activating my new phone I bought from Apple. Katherine was nice at first and even did me a solid and got into my account and helped me when my name wasnt on the account. Which is a huge big no for cricket. I used to work there so I know all the rights and wrongs. And I also know that when a customer comes in with issues that the customer is supposed to always be right and you’re supposed to help to your best ability and if you can’t figure it out there are specific numbers to call to get extra assistance! Anyways Katherine set me up with a new eSIM and sent me on my way. That night I realized that none of my data is working at all I can’t use any of my apps or internet. So I go back to cricket to get it figured out. Katherine was there again and she tried to do a few things then she couldn’t get it so she had to go in the back and ask for help from her lead manager, her lead manager is too worried about eating her food than helping her coworker. Katherine deleted my eSIM and then after she deleted it she says it will charge me 11$ for another one like excuse me I didn’t tell you to delete it. They both continue to tell me they can’t do anything else for me and being very rude about it just because I didn’t want to pay extra money that I shouldn’t have to. They was both very very rude and disrespectful and if was me that had talked to a customer the way these two did I would have been fired straight away! I don’t know the lead managers name but I know she’s a bigger Mexican woman. & I know she doesn’t deserve to have the title she has! You can’t just talk to customers any kind of way and not do your job! I just wanted to let you two girls know that I indeed figured out my phone problem BY MYSELF no thanks to either of you. I wanted to tell you exactly how I did it , that way next time you can actually help your customers! I went to settings, then general, then vnp & device management and had to delete the vnp settings that was set up on it. Then all my data worked just fine. Hopefully this will help you so you don’t have to treat a customer the way you treated me again!
