- JMJade McDonaldOct 11, 20211.0I will NEVER tell anyone to go to Cricket. I asked for my due date to be change to the 12th then the person changed it to the tenth from the 11th. Then I was told my phone wouldn't be shut off until the 11th at midnight and they would pay the late charges. Then wake up the next day to have no phone. I talked to supervisors and at least 7 reps. Noone could help me and basically said that I was out of luck. I will be switching I filed a complaint already but am still out of a phone with 6 kids and a job I need to talk to I can't because of the mistake they made and won't fix.
