Got better internet, a free perk, and a free tablet. But diana is absolutely phenomenal. My billing got messed up. She spent 3 days of her time trying to get it all fixed. And not only did she get the issues fixed, but she got credits back for me too. She is absolutely the best rep ive talked to there. Whatever they pay her is not enough. She did such a fantastic job and not once did she make me feel like i was a burden to her. If you go in there, definitely ask for diana.

Pricing was a little high in my personal opinion for a single line phone plan because even their lowest package $65.00 does not come equipped with hot spot as of right now. However, Incentives for switching companies were good. All in all I would recommend.
