Instead of saying we paid our devices off, they set up our account as a "credit" to be applied over 36 months. INSANELY deceitful and scammy for someone to get away with something like this. When I tried to get this resolved before the first bill even happened, they said no one could find Michael or get a hold of him anymore. Now as I'm trying to switch to a cheaper plan to TMobile (way better customer service, btw), they are saying my devices are not paid off. So THANKS MICHAEL for stealing our cash.
