Usually I am anxious at the thought of going into a cell phone store to change providers but Jordan was so laid back and made it feel easy. I even came back to the store days later with my family to get them on plans and he made it look easy even though he was on the phone with two different reps at the same time (and my kid was running around the store screaming) trying to address an issue we were experiencing. Jordan got me a great deal and made me feel like we were old friends. If you're in need of Verizon mobile services for any reason, I'd recommend you go see Jordan.
