  Was a very poor experience over the phone I understand there is certain accounts you can't access but when I asked if I could get transferred to another store the manager immediately changed his tone and was rude right off the bat saying that "It's not a store specific decision it's corporate wide" instead of asking a simple question why and explaining that he can but why it won't change anything in a professional way. Another thing was when I asked well what can I do since I don't have a functioning phone and you guys can't get me the phone today in a store what are my options and I received the response of "Well I don't know" immediately was not a response you should get from a manager. It should be I'm not sure but I'll find out.

  The experience was great I worked with Jordan and he immediately helped me with my phone and got me in an out of there in no time and I usually dread the process of going into the phone store. But Jordan made the process seamless. Highly recommend working with him.

  I am a stage 4 lung cancer patient. Phone working is extremely important as many doctors and home health call almost everyday. But I have to say manager Katie & sales representative. Jordan lowered my stress right away and helped me so much with replacing my malfunctioning phone. No bragging or pressure just good teamwork. I could never express the knowledge and help in getting this issue resolved in a kind and efficient manner. My experience with them is very much appreciated. Katie has a strong and knowledgeable team which she leads well. This is a rare customer service teamwork that majority of companies could learn from.

  If I could give less I would....I was completely lied to about the quality of wifi and offered a Nintendo switch to connect service.....the wifi did not work at all and my homeschooled kids fell two weeks behind because of it....so we have to switch to a different company and now they are trying to charge me for the Nintendo that didn't work to begin with because their wifi didn't work!!! This company Will lie to your face just to get you to go with their company!!!
